Impressions about the hotel are not unambiguous. I returned a week ago, everything is fresh, I decided to share it. Contingent: 98% CIS, 2% Old World. In order: I liked the meeting, met the guest relation, smiled, attached the bracelets, to the room (spent it to the elevator), everything was quick and without fuss +. The room itself: 237.2nd floor, 2 children's beds and 1 French bed, the room is quite spacious, clean in some places, a large terrace (the size of a room) with a sofa for evening relaxation is also +. Territory, swimming pools, beach (by the way with a sandy beach for kids) in order! This is also +... Now about the cons (-), The main restaurant is the weak link of the hotel, or rather the terrace, there were not enough seats. If I miss X hour, then a family of 4 people will wait a long time for a place on the terrace, I immediately say that during our stay the hotel was 108% full... why on the terrace, and not indoors - there are mercilessly working condos and a child, perhaps it will blow. This is "-". Animators - Umnichki, Staff Bar at the main pool - are quick and smiling. The staff of the bar by the beach is a DAMNING SHIT (subjectively).
Now about the bad: there are bedbugs in the room, and the staff is clearly at war with them. after cleaning the room it constantly stank of some kind of poison, in my case I was unlucky (thank God they didn’t touch the children), the bastards bit the whole back of my neck and arms into the trash, I had to go to the doctor who, for the magic 45 USD, stabbed me with some kind of crap that itched all over but the view was disgusting. In general, there was a scandal, the beds were changed, a fruit basket was given and a second ball dinner was offered in Italian....
I summarize: I definitely won’t go a second time, unless the children insist, because the animation is really on top!

By the way, the choice of the hotel is positioned for families.
