We were on holiday as a family with a small child on 11/26.23-3.12. 23I liked the hotel - there are no queues anywhere - there are enough sun loungers for everyone both at the sea and at the pools. There are always free tables both in restaurants (of which there are 6) and on terraces. There is a separate children's restaurant with a children's menu and small tables with TV on which cartoons are shown for the children who eat. There are literally no queues for food!! ! Huge + 3 heated pools and one of them even with massage jets! ! There are many children's slides in the pools and its own separate water park. The staff is responsive, the order is maintained at a high level, the room was cleaned well, towels were changed every day and elephants and turtles were shown every day : -))). There is local animation, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for visitors.
Now about the disadvantages - the lack of an elevator in the residential buildings - I had to carry the child in my arms to the 3rd floor and leave the stroller at the entrance, the reef is very far away (about 800 meters from the shore), the lack of a shower on the pontoon (to wash off the salt you need to walk about 1 km to the shower ) Theft of towels - the guide warned all the time not to leave them unattended. Monotonous breakfast - the same thing every day in all restaurants - sausages and cold cuts are IMPOSSIBLE to eat, scrambled eggs and cereal with buns remain. In a seafood restaurant for a week - once there were grilled shrimp and squid once, the rest of the time only fish. But + is much more than -, so I give it an 8
