We chose this hotel because we liked it according to the description of the territory, and because it was positioned as 16+.
We settled in relatively quickly. Immediately, however, the electronic key did not work, and the porter had to return to the reception for a new one.
The room is quite spacious, but it is very old - there are no hooks on the door/walls in the bathroom to hang a towel or bathrobe, the water in the shower does not drain well, i. e. , apparently, the flush is clogged and it is not cleaned. There are no boxes. And the towels are not changed - it is stated that they are changed 1 time in 5 days, but we changed them at best after a week. The water pressure is not always good, and the flush in the toilet is generally weak.
Light bulbs are not inserted everywhere - they are not in the ceiling lamps. And they are not in the corridors - so in the evening you can easily fall.
The hotel stated 16+, but the children were around all the time.

It is not at all obvious which beach and restaurant refer specifically to our hotel - we came to one beach, there are no places at all. And when they will be is not clear. A couple of days later we found exactly our beach. There are no complaints about the beach. The restaurant is located right next to the beach, which was very convenient.
The food was good, but there wasn't much variety. Those. basically ate the same thing every day. The worst is breakfast. Sausages and sausage are disgusting - it’s not at all clear what they are made of. Not even paper. Food was often in short supply. Therefore, they began to come to the very beginning in order to have time to eat. They said in Guest Relations - it got a little better.
The staff is impolite, with rare exceptions. Nowhere is it obvious where you can go with our gold bracelet and what is included in it. Those. the concept of Ultra all inclusive is generally incomprehensible. When I took a cocktail at the bar from those that are specially displayed in a row so that everyone is not prepared, I was asked - loudly and in front of all the visitors - to return it or pay. How am I supposed to know that when I come to All inclusive with a gold bracelet, which should have some priority, that I have to pay for something else? And at the same time, to disgrace me in front of the audience. It's outrageous.
Restaurants a la carte - were in all but the fish - seafood seemed to be frozen-frozen 100 times. In addition, this is the only paid restaurant of all, so we decided not to pay for it. Even Guest relations did not recommend it to us. The worst of these restaurants is the pancake restaurant. The best one is Italian.
Critically, there are not enough toilets throughout the hotel. 2 toilets throughout the territory with 1 cabin (except the lobby, which is far from the beach), which does not close, and there is not always toilet paper.
There is almost no internet. Very weak. They give out a password for 7 days for some special Internet, but it is also dubious.
