A friend seduced me to another trip to Egypt. It was interesting to look at an attempt to promote the RIXOS brand on Egyptian soil. Last year, a Turkish company bought the hotel and renamed it Rixos. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were greeted with a cool hibiscus and offered to fill out guest questionnaires. We reminded that we were participating in the "I'm going" promotion (this promotion is held jointly by the hotel and the review site, the room category is increased and the hotel compliments a fruit basket in the room, a bottle of wine and sweets. ) We also wanted to live nearby, so we booked superior rooms.
The hotel area is huge, somewhere around 175.000 sq. m. , super green, all in palm trees and flowers. We were taken to the rooms by electric car, we got the coolest room right on the beach, overlooking the sea, on the second floor (as I asked ). The residents of the first floor have their own swimming pools, separately for the room (though not heated).
The room is huge, 75 sq. m. on a sofa or armchair. There is a tea area in the living room, the minibar is replenished daily with a set of soda, beer and juices.
Bathrobes, slippers, a full set of cosmetics in the bath, shampoos are replenished daily, toothbrushes and razors at will. Bottles of water are placed near the two sinks, also near the kettle.
The bathroom has a shower cabin with a rain watering can in the ceiling, a bathtub, a bidet and a toilet bowl. Attachments for towels and bathrobes are conveniently located.
The balcony is large, the entire length of the room, with two exits, comfortable wicker furniture on the balcony. By number, of course, a test!
The room was cleaned well, all the glass surfaces were washed, the swans were turned only twice upon arrival, then the cleaner changed, maybe he didn’t know how.
The next day after arrival, they immediately signed up for all a la carte restaurants, there are 6 of them.
The most credited is fish, I also liked Egyptian and Italian.

There are two main restaurants - Zodiac and Nefertiti. Children under 12 are not allowed in Nefertiti!
In terms of nutrition - 4, not bad, sometimes tasty, but not Rixos! (In our understanding, spoiled by Turetchina). There are a lot of fruits, desserts too, for breakfast yogurts in packs. Meals almost all day, after 24 hours - night soup and snacks.
There are many pools throughout the territory, only a large pool and a children's pool are heated! We got into abnormal weather, a heated pool was relevant for us !! ! The pool with slides is not heated, which is very strange, the pool itself is small, and it is not a problem to warm it up.

By the way, the bag on wheels was very useful, I had to take it to the cabin of the aircraft, like a rune luggage (12 kg, for a minute! ), because there was an overweight in luggage !! !
