Hello! When we bought tours and began to look for reviews about this hotel on the Internet, we were very upset, because. they were not the best. . . Now I understand, in hindsight, why people wrote bad comments - they were there at the very, very opening, the hotel had not really been completed yet (this can be seen even from the pictures - now there are much more infrastructure and in general has become much better, more comfortable... )
And so, everything is in order.
To begin with, the hotel mainly consists of Russians, it was very rare to hear a foreign speech. This is probably why all the staff knows more or less Russian, and you, if you don’t speak English at all, will be understood in Russian too!
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were immediately offered a glass of ice-cold pineapple juice in tall glasses with long stems... very nice! )))) Ie. decoration, waiting for the rooms was in a great mood!...
We asked for a good room (just asked, didn't pay a cent for it! ). We were told to wait 10-15 minutes. We waited. After a while a man took our suitcases and showed us to our apartment! To be honest, I was preparing for the worst… But when I entered the room, I REALLY started jumping up to the ceiling!! ! : )))))) The room was simply gorgeous! Huge - 40 square meters - is divided into a sleeping and living area. Samsung LCD TV, dressing table, huge mirror, 2 huge wardrobes (one with hangers, the other with shelves), one of which contains a free safe, a mini-bar (like a refrigerator), an electric kettle with tea and coffee set. The furniture is all brand new. The bed is five-sleeping, my husband and I never met on such an area at night; ))), 6 pillows, boiled white linen... The interior (which was very pleasing) is modern. Spotlights, bedside tables with lamps, floor lamps, unlimited Internet access, telephone with international and local connection by the bed and in the bathroom… And the bathroom!! ! I have no words! The size of my bedroom! : ))) It has a shower, bathtub, sink, all toiletries, a full-wall mirror, a small magnifying mirror (it’s convenient to put on makeup for dinner! ), Hairdryer, phone right next to the toilet bowl, toilet bowl, respectively, and bidet. Towels - 20 pieces, on all shelves, on all hangers - snow-white, crispy large and small... The balcony is a terrace of 2 by 3 meters with chairs and a table. Ours had a view of the huge pool. As far as I understand, almost all rooms have a view of the pool, one way or another....there are countless of them in the hotel! ))) There is, by the way, a pool with water slides - very fun and no age or weight restrictions - available both for kids, as well as adult uncles.
More… The territory is huge! Everywhere palm trees, pools... They say there are only 6 pools, but they are so big, long, that one gets the impression that they are just everywhere, even leaking under the buildings))))... A lot of greenery, flowers. In general, the staff is very caring about the hotel - no matter how I look, everything is planted, trimmed, washed, cleaned...
The food is very varied and delicious. The choice is huge. Fruit - the sea, cakes - the ocean! Meat, fish... In short, there is something to eat - you definitely won’t starve! Wine is wonderful! Beer is also quite decent - the husband said. They make excellent pinocolado, majito, jamaica in the Lobby bar))))
The staff is helpful and smiling. No one came forward boldly. Everything is very decent. They rarely cleaned the room, but this is because we hung “do not disturb” on the handle. They just asked for fresh towels and a couple of times to change linen... In restaurants and bars they served very friendly, they didn’t forget anything.
Sea. Corals. But there is a small frog pool if you keep to the left. There is a pontoon, descending on which in fins, a mask and a snorkel, you plunge into the underwater world of the Red Sea, incomparable in beauty and colors....I won’t describe this miracle, it’s still impossible to convey in words... Anyone who has tried it at least once will understand what I mean...
Animation (man 30 Russian guys and girls). Boring… and not enough… During the day, the animators arrange volleyball in the pool for everyone, in the evening some small show on the proscenium. But by half-eleven all the fuss subsides - continue to have fun yourself as you like. For example, we gathered half of the hotel in the Lobby bar and played MAFIA - very cool! The club where the discos will take place, on the territory of the hotel, has not yet been completed, but I think it will soon be possible to have fun there too))))…
For children, there is a mini-platform with a trampoline and slides, a playroom where you can draw and play while parents are in the gym or sauna (all this is also available). What else to write? It seems that the most important thing was described...
In general, we really liked the hotel, the impressions from it are only the best. Recomend for everybody !
