3. The room was excellent. Sunny side, location is very convenient. The rooms are fresh. There is no door to the bathroom, there is no bath, the doors to the shower and toilet do not close, not very comfortable. There are toiletries, but a day before departure, they still called us and asked if everything suits us. Since we usually take everything of our own, we did not emphasize that there was not even soap in the room. Even when leaving a tip, it didn’t help, probably it was necessary to distribute to everyone who serves the rooms, which should be from the concept of toiletries, since they probably saw that they had everything of their own and did not strain. They brought soap - the night before departure)). The room was cleaned well. Nothing is missing, that's important. The mini bar was replenished at our discretion. We found out by chance that in building 16 they left compliments in the form of sweets and delighted guests with figures. We were not even decorated with a birthday number on 02/12/2018, although an application was left. We did not turn our vacation into a permanent clarification. All this did not spoil our vacation, take the phone number for customer service, call, and you will be happy, Russian-speaking girls, while this is salvation for the guest). This is like a reminder to all tourists!!!
4. Territory - very beautiful, well-groomed, cozy, comfortable. The hotel provides buggies that ply around the hotel at all times conveniently with children. Walking in the evening is just a fairy tale. The hotel is very beautiful!! ! Lots of greenery, you can safely walk barefoot.

5. Swimming pool - I am writing in a single copy because we were in the cold season and only one pool is heated. Since the hotel is located in a windy bay, the sea may be closed for swimming (red flag). The water in the pool is not comfortable, honestly tried to raise the issue, hotel representatives came with a thermometer trying to prove that the temperature was 29 degrees. We had a day when they closed the pool in the afternoon, because the child just pooped in the pool, and the sea is closed - a red flag! Near the pool, people wrap themselves in a towel, as there is nowhere to change into dry clothes. Let it be 4.5 months a year, but the problem of a deluxe hotel must be solved. It is not difficult to install bio-toilets and two changing rooms.
6. Sea: the coral reef is good. The pontoon is very long, but in the low season it was not difficult to walk.
7. Food - the highest level!! ! There is a whole range for any guest. The food quality is excellent! Juices, fruits, pastries for every taste, there is food for those who need a diet, there is a children's menu. Sea food every day. Quality, service, atmosphere are all top notch! Live music. For Egypt, this is a Michelin star.
8. Animation is good. In the evening there is entertainment for every taste. The entire staff is very smiling, behave correctly, always ready to help. I want to note the desire of everyone to improve the Russian language for a more comfortable stay for guests, especially the girl from the animation group, every day she asked for a phrase and taught, smart girl! Lifeguards at sea will always help: pick up a mask, offer a drink, open an umbrella very attentive and polite - a good selection of staff!
9. Conclusion: do I recommend this hotel definitely YES! I am planning to visit the hotel during the hot season, I would like to see how the hotel works in full force, not in terms of settling guests, but in terms of infrastructure. I think my review will help guests to make their stay more comfortable! In general, in the low season, the pool is minus, the sea is lucky, but otherwise it’s like an excellent resort with good food and hiking!
