I'll start by saying that after reading the negative reviews, we tuned in to the fact that everything will be different with us. Fortunately, I have never seen such a terrible hotel and I hope I will not see it again.
I'll start from the beginning. We arrived early in the morning. Met. We brought a lot of people to the hotel. They put on bracelets, sent to have breakfast. During the first breakfast, one of our children took off his bracelet. At the reception began to demand 10 dollars.... !! ! The choice of food is very poor. You can eat, but this is only in order not to be hungry. Especially with our children. This is a separate issue.
Settled....There are two families nearby. I have never seen such a star for such money anywhere. The lock in the room was knocked out more than once. The bathroom stinks so you can't go in. The toilet smells terrible. The sink is clogged. You brush your teeth and everything floats. I'm talking about the bathroom. Getting even in slippers is scary. A trash can in the bathroom and the walls are either vomited or clogged. Sorry for these comparisons. The trash can doesn't open. You have to use your hands. But I could not open it with my hands. But having settled here, to say that we were in shock is to say nothing. Towels were requested until 4 o'clock!! ! I emphasize - this is a deluxe room !!! ! Building 800. After contacting Anex, they complained about the room and asked to be moved out of this horror, we were given a room in building B on the second day. Much better, but the towels were folded dirty, without replacement. From them twisted beauty. The floor was not washed at all, not even once in a week. Bed linen has not been changed. The bedding is gray, torn - it just corresponds to a 5-star hotel... Photos are attached.

Frog beach. finely. Probably very good for kids. Sand, fine. There are no hedgehogs. But there is no reef either. And the fish for which you come to Sharm are not there either. I do not want to offend two butterfly fish, a couple of Surgeon fry and a Fugu fish and a dozen minke whales, as well as needle fish that tried to brighten up our stay in the pantone area.
The sunbeds are just awful. The mattresses are the same. It was very dumb to lie on it... With all this, they were not enough. Once I just had to lie on a towel. But I went to the reception and wrote a complaint about the lack of sunbeds. True, within 3 hours they brought more. Dirty dirty.....
Food... A separate issue. In fact, there is nothing to eat in the morning. Paper sausages. Eat scrambled eggs every day. By the end of the holiday, we thought we would crow. No soups. The same every day. Very sharp. Children could not eat vegetable soup.
Salads drained. The fish is smelly. Rotten calamari. In fact, there is nothing at all! For all the time there was grilled meat 2 times in the evening, which was delicious and you could eat it. Sweet was always with a taste of some kind of petroleum products. Even when they approached the dessert stand, the smell was noticeable.
You can't eat hamburgers on the beach. The cutlet is paper and stinks when frying. French fries OK. Pizza with weird cheese. . .
In short, out of the whole number of many letters, I can say that there was no worse vacation. The hotel is terrible, everything is old, decrepit, dusty and terrible. Moreover, this is the opinion of the majority of vacationers with whom we spoke. There was an answer to all the indignations - you came here to relax, not to swear... Yes, I came to rest, and not constantly feel discomfort from the hotel, which does not pull even 3 stars. If you want to suffer in trash - buy a ticket here and advise it to ill-wishers.
For a more comfortable and enjoyable stay, there are other hotels.
