We arrived at the hotel at 5 am after an overnight flight. Paid for two Standard rooms. In one room 5127 in the shower there is water up to the ankles, five times I applied for the reception and by phone and personally approached, no results. Another couple was given a very small room 5128 instead of the standard 30 (m) which they paid for - promo or other category. She asked me to come up, but the administration does not even know why in the building where the Standards are a very small room. We are not young and this situation and the boorish attitude of the staff are very unpleasant to me.
