Reef oasis blue bay. In Sharm for the first time, we were from December 6 to 16 together with our adult daughter.
I studied the reviews well beforehand and was ready for the post-quarantine level. Food - a good range of proteins, a lot of various vegetable dishes, daily goodies such as octopus, squid, a sufficient selection of fruits, wonderful sweets, natural coffee at all points. Special food a menu for allergy sufferers, a dietary table (we used it with might and main, sometimes the dishes were even more interesting there). For me, the food was fresh (for many it’s a plus, it’s a minus for me, there wasn’t enough spices and spices), there was almost no grill, completely useless (perhaps packaged, but very diluted) juices, wine, beer also with water)) And just a curiosity with alcohol, we practically do not drink, but a drop of alcohol in a beautiful cocktail is an indispensable attribute of the holiday. And here there is no juice base, and in many drinks, believe me, not a gram of alcohol. Food is served by staff at a distance, without restrictions. Bottled water only in the rooms, in other places poured into cups. We took our own plastic cups with us, into which we poured all the drinks without any problems. This is better than transferring such a huge amount of plastic utensils.
There is a good snack on the beach (burgers, simple Margherita pizza, but delicious, salads, drinks) and near the pool upstairs, there is also ice cream.

Service - excellent! everything was perfect with us, they settled where we asked (we took a superior), we settled early for free, cleaning - you can’t fault it, a day later, as stated in the concept, water, cosmetics in the room were replenished even unnecessarily. They came up and asked if they needed anything else. Superior - spacious rooms, in ours (3142) everything worked and looked new (or refurbished). Terrace with a beautiful view. And already the view of the terraces of the main restaurant on the sea and the infinity pool - there are simply no words, all meals were there. The waiters in the main restaurant are just the sweetest - constant attention, they remember about drinks, flirted with my daughter cutely, I was invariably greeted with the phrase "how are you Mom? ”)), rushed to hold the doors to the terrace (we almost always ate there), helped bring the plates. But here, probably, we need to remember that in our first days the hotel occupancy was very small, we walked around the territory twice in the evenings without meeting a single person! Then, by the tenth day, the number of people increased significantly, but still, out of the four lines of buildings, only two were inhabited and not completely. Later, as the waiters ran around the restaurant, it became clear that the work had increased.
The hotel impressed my daughter with garden greenery, she admired this style of gardening, she said, the best place)). Although traces of a quarantine injury are visible - some trees have dried up, some shrubs and flower beds have gone bald. But now everything is being actively restored, the work of gardeners delights, they work continuously like bees.
The hotel has quite decent internet in many places, on the territory, near the pools, and in some rooms (we had enough on the terrace). The main surprise is that it was on the beach almost across the entire width, photos, videos were loaded quite normally, calls in instant messengers, etc. This is very convenient, although often had to reconnect.
I also note the concern for the safety of customers - appliances, towels are packed, disinfection of sunbeds, handrails, tables, cleanliness, disposable cups, contact staff mostly in properly worn masks, gloves, well, rescuers, beach-boys could lower their noses.
There is a construction site in the part of the hotel adjacent to the beach, they did not notice it at all, not loud and aside. On the contrary, they recorded resting "hermits" who were lying on the beach next to the construction site. The rest of the beach is spacious for so many vacationers and there are more than enough places. Perhaps if they settled in the buildings of the 4th line, then something would be heard there.
There is a water park, heating was not found, although it may have been heated in time, I don’t know, we didn’t use it.
There are many chic photo zones (one view from inifniti is worth it! ! sunsets, sunrises and mountains) and places for thorough walks, there are also many pools, not all of them have worked yet.

Now forget everything that I wrote, because in reality with such a sea it doesn’t matter at all! For the first time in my life I spent my whole vacation on the beach, I used to love the pool (there is one heated, but not hot and not very big). Descent to the beach - 4 elevators, very comfortable. The beach is relatively quiet and calm (if not for some of our "comrades"), there are also three jacuzzis, heated by the hot sun to a pleasant temperature. A magnificent reef, the ability to splash in shallow lagoons and a comfortable stationary pontoon. The pontoon is good for just such a load. A little more people, and already a crowd on the only staircase (for some reason, the second one is broken). However, the sea covers all these little things - velvety, warm, stunning sapphire blue, with a bunch of fish, beautiful coral islands, over which you hang for a long time. On the first and last day, a large Napoleon visited, smacked his lips and swam away, well, the rest of the beauty of the fish is full. Especially a lot of fish in the morning before 8.
I, afraid of the risks of transfers to the hotel and to the shops, ordered a taxi and used the remote delivery of purchases. The hotel, so to speak, on the outskirts of the shops, but there were no problems. Everything that is needed was brought to the barrier, it was calculated in dollars.
I was upset and surprised by the negative reviews about the hotel, I don’t want to doubt the veracity of the cases with missing towels and broken things (although the situations seem ambiguous to me), but about dirt, desolation - an unequivocal slander, not true. If only one of the critics posted a photo of the "peeling walls", where did they find them? I didn’t see anything “covered” and “rolled up” in 10 days. The hotel is good, everything is fine for post-quarantine, I sincerely recommend it, my daughter said - we will be back!
