(you need to call the reception and wait for the messenger, you can wait 40-60 minutes). The staff is rude, which spoils the already not the best experience. The room was cleaned 2 times in a week (1$ does not help). No shower supplies either. And most importantly, the reef is completely dead, everything is gray, there is nothing to see. Pantone is another story altogether! And that's not all. Hotel maximum 4* . Staff 2*
