To put it mildly - I went nuts when the employee brazenly began to pester !!!! ! At the reception, the reaction was...ZERO! They refused to call the police, when I asked them to look through the cameras and find this person, I heard that they had NO cameras! ! And they tried to hush it all up ....Be vigilant - it is dangerous for girls to move around the hotel on their own! I remind you - this is in the closed territory of a five-star hotel !!!!

On the second day, they asked to fix or change the room, to which they received an answer that everything would be removed now, and in general - all the rooms are occupied in the hotel. Naturally, the cleaning could not change anything, and the workers simply flooded with chemicals and hoped to solve the problem. On the third day they asked to change the number ...On the fourth they asked. As a result, having thrown a tantrum at the reception, they spent half the evening to be relocated ...It turned out that in most standards such a problem and tantrums in the corridors and at the reception about the wild stench were heard almost daily, and the smell from the rooms can be heard even in the corridors . . So be prepared for your money to breathe the entire period of your stay with the aroma of sewage.
- 3. Queues in bars are a separate issue...
And every bar is like that, especially in the morning and after dinner. On the beach, the queues for beer did not practically disappear ...They give out 2 disposable plastic cups per person, and most of the contents are foam ...
- 4. Service in the restaurant. There is absolutely not enough staff. You yourself need to look for appliances or empty the table in order to sit down - there is absolutely not enough staff for such a number of vacationers, no matter how hard they try.
- 5. The All Inc system is strange ...After dinner, there is only one bar where there is a disco, and the queues are decent. You can order food, but you need to know that the bar has it ...They cook for a long time and only burgers and potatoes, nothing else is provided. The bar at the amphitheater was bypassed - the incredibly arrogant bartender clarified after everyone after "Thank you" and the insanely slow delivery of the order: "And that's it? " Obviously hinting, or rather demanding a dollar . . Without gratitude, he could simply ignore it altogether.
- 6. Sun loungers on the beach.
More precisely, their absence. People are rapidly rushing to the beach from the very early morning and occupy as many sunbeds as possible with one towel, and it doesn’t matter that they come for these towels in the evening, but they took it ...Again, the hotel is not prepared for such a number of vacationers.
- 7. There are some "free" services that smoothly flow into paid ones. For example, the first "free" scuba dive is a dive no more than 1 meter lasting 5-7 minutes, if you are asked if you liked it answer - YES, you will be immersed below, up to 8 meters, but they will not have time to warn you that this is far from a free trial dive ..

- 8. There is simply no left-luggage office and scales in the hotel. That is, if you have a late departure, your suitcases will stand at the entrance without much supervision from 12 noon. Nothing to weigh luggage. There is no place to pack your luggage in the hotel...

There are no complaints for lunch and dinner, duck, lamb, squid salad and delicious spaghetti with parmesan are very memorable.
+ 3. The infrastructure of the hotel is very pleased. A large number of pools (sorry, only one is warm), bars, a water park, a bus runs around the territory every 5-7 minutes, well-groomed beautiful lawns. There is where and what to entertain yourself throughout the day.
+ 4. I was very pleased with the staff in the PUB and Relax zone. The guys are very friendly, they try very hard, they know a large number of languages, although probably 80 percent of the guests at the hotel are Russian-speaking. Thanks to the guys for their work and attention.

Swimming is very comfortable, as the hotel is located in a windless bay. It's nice when you swim without waves, while the neighboring hotels closed the sea for swimming (almost everywhere, red flags were raised near the hotels located closer to Tiran Island)
