Traveled with a child (2 years old). Tour operator Join Up. We arrived at 12:00, completed all the documents and went for a walk around the territory. She's huge here. Everything is very beautiful, well-groomed, pleasing to the eye. Lots of vacationers, lots of families with children. The staff is friendly, everyone works like bees from morning to night.
The food is good, the choice is decent, I really liked the confectionery. You definitely won't be hungry.
Recommendations:
1) WiFi only works in the reception area. You can buy a Vodafone card from $6.
2) be sure to take a mask for snorkeling, a very beautiful reef, fish eat algae right from your hands. A mask with a snorkel can be bought at the store from $35. Bargain!
3) you can take a taxi to the old city for $4 round trip.
4) mosquitoes! Mandatory mosquito repellent in the room and spray when going outside.
5) windy in the evening - take warm clothes.

We liked the rest very much. Don't believe bad reviews. This is a decent hotel. Yes, it is a little tired, the furniture is worn out, but this is the state of almost all hotels in Sharm, which are more than 10 years old.
