1. The hotel is not 5 stars, as tour operators sell it, but actually 4. You can see this on the wall at the reception
2. The food is very mediocre. The stomach constantly hurt from meat, especially from the fact that in a grill restaurant. Powdered juices, fresh juices only for an additional fee. I can’t say anything about drinking, we led a sober lifestyle

It had a broken table, two beds instead of one, and clogged sewers. The sewer was cleared as soon as they went to the reception. Cleaning - leaves much to be desired. Expected pretzels on the bed, strewn with flower petals, but instead, we were only changed towels from one gray stained to another.
Apparently, something was washed with my toothbrush, as it became completely disheveled. I had to buy another and hide it in a suitcase. Once, having entered the room during cleaning, we saw how our towels, even those that were going to be changed, were wiping the sink and next to it.
