The hotel is terribly dirty, namely the toilets, the reception, the restaurant, the beach, it's just terrible. Maybe this is due to the fact that Arabs rested in it in August, because it was the season for them, they littered, shouted, children were lying on the floor, it's just a joke. I have been to Egypt 8 times and this is the most terrible hotel. I also want to note that this is the Nabka area, there are frequent departures from the sea and the red flag was flying every day for half a day, I do not recommend this hotel or any other in this area. Food is normal, but the dining room is noisy and the floor is dirty. Regarding alcohol, the staff does not know how to make cocktails even from a paid card, they are constantly rude and serve primarily locals. There is no animation, the tanura every day, the sound is not set, everything cracks, the animator is drunk around the clock. The territory has been finished, everything is in plastic cups, on the beach everything is in plastic and in garbage, it has never been cleaned.
The reception is old, the sofas are worn, by the way, this is all very strange because the hotel positions itself as being built in 2020. The third line, every half hour a bus to the sea is a 10-minute drive away, but at lunchtime it doesn't run for two hours during the siesta, it's hard to fit in because it's full of people.
