We were brought to the hotel around 10 o'clock. Immediately put on a bracelet and drink beer from the road at the bar. Half an hour later, passing by the reception desk, they called me to the reception desk and handed me the key to the room and a card on a towel - I was pleasantly surprised (I was set for a later check-in). They called the boy and he, having loaded his suitcase on the bus, went with me to my room.
Settled in building 8 on the 1st floor overlooking the sea. I met the morning dawn every morning with a cup of coffee - just a pioneer dawn! The room is big and everything worked. Kettle and coffee with tea on the table. 1.5 bottle of water every morning on the table. Cleaning as everywhere - they made the bed and removed the garbage - I didn't care. Only slept in the room.
I already swam in the Red Sea at 11.10. For accommodation, a solid 5. Well done!

Service and maintenance. All the hotel staff, from the gardener to the manager, are friendly nice people. They understand jokes and try to joke with the guests themselves.
The territory of the Pyramis is very large. There are a lot of places for selfies. Landscapes are generally class!
A long beach - two short pantones and a full sandy beach in the left corner of the hotel. You can go in and swim without corals with a mask. There are two bars on the beach and another cafe where you can have a bite.
The hotel is located in cascades, but every half an hour there is a bus. I walked - it was not hard.
Constantly sweeping, dyeing, washing, watering - the territory is monitored well!
The main pool struck me with its cleanliness and distribution of depth. You can sit near the bar counter in the water, or you can lie down under the water massage aground knee-deep. And the water fungus is a separate topic-class! Three more slides with their own pool are generally strong (although they cannot be compared with a full-fledged water park). But it was fun to go down. Rescuers control the situation in the pool - Ahmed (senior at the pool) hello.
The bartenders are generally handsome - they quickly remember the preferences of the guests and immediately pour what you prefer.
I will especially note the bartender at the pool, his name is Bashir, well done. And Ahmed at the lobby bar is generally smart!!!
The food at the hotel I want to emphasize for Egypt is good... Soo chef Salah deserves praise. Constantly being in the hall, he constantly controlled everything and the cooks constantly replenished the trays with food. I never paid attention to desserts in hotels - but in Pyramisa I could not resist the temptation to try. And believe me, such delicious treats and variety of desserts are not always found in hotels.
The first courses also pleased us - a full-fledged vegetable soup, almost pickle and even borscht (but without beet). The second courses are also delicious meat, always fish, fruits and vegetables - everything was on the table. I was surprised by the variety of cheeses, to be honest.

For me, the issue of food at the hotel is set correctly, honor to the chefs and praise !!!
Alcohol, except for beer, I didn’t even try anything. I know that alcohol is Fu... Dyutik always helps, the main thing is to guess the volume that you need to take.
Greetings to the guide from Join ap-Samir, his name is Unobtrusive - I only talked to him when I went to the reception. He understood everything right away - and despite the fact that I didn’t go to meet the guide, we communicated great every day when we met . And with smiles on their faces.
As he saw me off, the whole reception was smiling.
What are the disadvantages, there are very few of them. In a bar in a restaurant at rush hour, adding a second bartender is hard to stand in line for cola or beer.
Add glasses and glasses to the bar in the main restaurant - it's a disgrace to pour cola and juices into 120g plastic Deshman cups!!!

Even near the pool they bake pizza after dinner - it is tasteless!
Sous chef - another pizza dough will be delicious. The composition of the dough makes pizza delicious. Turkish pizza is much tastier.
The guests of Pyramis for the first time scored 2-3 pizzas, and eventually they threw them in the trash.
Bashir also handed out ice cream by the pool - very tasty and varied.
