I had a rest with my boyfriend in PR club El HAYAT 4 * - it was terrible!! ! 20 minutes to the sea, across the highway, where cars rush like crazy! why is this not written on the website, why is it not written that it is necessary to walk across the highway? we had to carry a towel and a bottle of water with us to the beach, because we were not served on the beach. is this the level of improved 4 * ?? ? Instead of meeting us at the hotel, as is usual everywhere, with soft drinks (after all, we arrived from Ukraine at 15:00 in winter clothes, and in Sharm +28! ), We were greeted with the phrase "if you want to settle - pay us money ! " Dear Turtes, didn't we pay for the flight and hotel?? ? as a result, we were relocated 4! times!! ! from 15:30 to 17:00!! ! we are off the road, tired, hungry, angry!! ! Is this the kind of holiday you offer???
I turned to your representatives (in my opinion, Mukhamed) with a request to explain why such an attitude towards tourists? He refused to approach the Turtes stand. Said, "My dear, you need to come to me yourself. . . I don't work for you and don't owe you anything! " I made a remark that he had no right to address me like that and that I paid his employer (you - Turtes) 1200 dollars. and I have the right to receive quality services! he turned around and left, shouting something in Arabic. In general, I got the impression that their job is to eat buns with coffee near the pool, and during the day, when it's hot, sit in Odnoklassniki! I certainly did not expect such an attitude and such a low quality of services from Turtes!!!!

Thank God that after 3 days the manager of the hotel arrived, so the waiters finally began to clean the dirty dishes from the tables in the restaurant. the ceilings in the hotel fly off, there are cracks everywhere, it's scary to sit on the balcony (so that at least you don't fall). the only one to whom there were no complaints was the cleaners of the rooms. they are great! quickly, neatly and cleanly did their job.
To you, Turtes and your employees, I want to express my extreme discontent !!!! ! You just lowered your level. . . it's a pity that you messed up like that!! !
