Good afternoon everyone! I want to share a sad experience with the work of Pegasus. Through them flew to Egypt for the first time. It all started with the fact that having arrived in Moscow for a tour in one company (there is an office on the Arbat, Pegasus intermediaries) we can say they sold us a tour for 1000$ for 8 days supposedly 5 stars and described how a super hotel is called NUBIAN VILLAGE in Sharm. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to choose hotels (we didn’t have physical time) and we decided to trust the operator, indicating our wishes (so that there were no children in the hotel, so that it was calm, well fed, etc. ), we chose another hotel, but they convinced us that he is bad and it is better to take a Nubian in Sharm. The operator saw that we were in a hurry and wanted to fly away in the next couple of days and apparently decided to play on this. In general, the circus began upon arrival at Sheremetyevo, when, having approached the window for documents (voucher, etc. ), the operator sitting in the Pegasus window told us, listening to music on headphones, that they say, sorry, you are not on the lists, but we will fly out in 2 hours. We said that we bought the tour yesterday, but he said waving his hands that he couldn’t help, he wouldn’t call the main office of Pegasus - it’s not his job. Ultimately, having spent his nerves, after an hour, he said to come up with a passport for registration and they would give us a ticket for departure. Well, thank God, we thought that everything was fine, although we didn’t have vouchers and insurance on hand and there were thoughts that upon arrival there would be problems with the guide and they wouldn’t have our Pegasus documents, after all !! ! We flew to Egypt, met well, BUT when we arrived at the Hotel supposedly 5 stars, we were horrified, not a 5-star hotel, but some kind of sanatorium with 10.000 children, noise, din, you can’t call a restaurant a dining room (uncomfortable, dirty dishes). At the reception, in principle, everyone was friendly, smiling, settled quickly - no questions. They settled in a bungalow-bed linen in terrible spools, it’s impossible to sleep, other people’s hair on the linen (women’s long and men’s, it’s not clear from where), the furniture is mega old, a couple of bedside sconces that barely shine, you can’t see anything at all, and a floor lamp, which did not work, there is glass on the bedside tables, the corners of which are broken off - you can safely cut yourself, the room is uncomfortable (bare walls, like in a hospital) The food was so-so, in the evenings in the hall a lot of children are knocked down, there are not enough tables in the dining room - you have to wait in the queue - in short, if you want to RUIN YOUR REST - GO TO NUBIAN VILLAGE. By the way, as it turned out, it was 4, not 5, as the operator claimed! Another picture was spoiled by communication with the guide, who, with a sly smile and hating the whole world, communicated with us, trying to make it clear that she was smarter than everyone else, and when the question of moving to another hotel came up (NUBIAN ISLAND-5 STARS - was nearby, these 2- x hotels turned out to be one owner - the hotel is excellent) she said that there was no chance, because it was the season and there would be no rooms - the hotel was supposedly overcrowded). We decided to go ourselves to the reception of this 5-ki and find out everything and what do you think, already on the trail. day we were successfully relocated, having paid a small amount ($ 20 per day). Everything has been great since moving in! NUBIAN ISLAND IS A BEAUTIFUL 5 WITH GREAT TERRITORY, FOOD, BEACH, SPA, FOOD, SERVICE, ROOMS AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO IT! That's how we got there and vowed never to fly through the PEGAS level below the plinth again, and the prices even for excursions are much more expensive than those of TEZ TOUR))) We wish everyone a good rest!
