We chose this hotel based on the options offered by the tour operator and the general reviews on the sites. We arrived early in the morning before breakfast, met us in the lobby with cool drinks - juices. Since we were supposed to arrive last night (but the flight was postponed), I was wondering how quickly we would be settled. In principle, we never pay extra for a room or the speed of its receipt. Just in time for 7 o'clock in the morning (approximately after min 40 / hour) we were wearing bracelets and we could go to breakfast. which we did. After breakfast we went to the room. We paid for the standard and received a bungalow No. 732, which was a pleasant surprise. it is right in the middle of the area between the reception/restaurant and the sea. the location is good. in Egypt already 5 times, and the new furniture in the bungalow was a pleasant surprise (wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, a large mirror, a safe, a small flat TV - there were even 4 Ukrainian channels, in the corridor there was a refrigerator in which, upon check-in, there were 2 bottles of water, a kettle, dishes for tea drinking and all accessories - tea / sugar)), clean, comfortable. but the bed was not a double bed, as it turned out later, but two single beds pushed together. The air conditioning worked properly. The towels were clean, everything was changed during cleaning as always. There are enough pools with different depths, but we didn’t swim because we came overseas. We watched a lot of children splashing of different ages.
The beach is a cascade. There are a lot of sun loungers and when you don’t come, there are always enough free ones. low tides but you can swim, it is advisable to wear special shoes. for the entire time of rest, the red flag (you can’t swim from the pontoon) was hung out twice, once all day and the second time until lunch. there is a bar near the beach and another one a little higher near the pool - where you can always take the right amount of bottles of water, juices, drinks, beer, other alcohol, ice cream (vanilla / chocolate / strawberries / mango), tea / coffee. They have bottled strong beer, whiskey / gin and other similar alcoholic drinks - all on the same taste with a pronounced smell and taste of alcohol.
The service is unobtrusive, what you ask for at the bar is given without any problems, as well as in the restaurant. The only time I was unhappy was that they served grilled tuna for dinner in the restaurant, since I was pregnant for 6 months and it was noticeable to everyone - the cook at the distribution made a remark to me allegedly I didn’t stand in line, although it wasn’t like that (I didn’t use my position) and putting a piece of fish, report a couple more to my request - I made a surprised face, so it’s a lot and they say, look at what queue, although it’s normal practice to take it in a restaurant grill everything at once for the whole family so as not to stand separately for everyone in the queue, despite the fact that it is their problem that they do not have time to cut the fish and serve it on time.

We liked lunch more in an Italian restaurant, at first there were fewer people, there were always enough tables / appliances, and we liked the food more - everything is essentially the same as in the main restaurant, only without these mixed salads, it’s not clear from what and so on. Fish, chicken were always there. Sometimes there were even two types of fish, different side dishes, pasta (several types) - only an Italian chef cooked pasta for a couple of days - very tasty! - then he was replaced by an Arab cook and I didn’t like pasta - I didn’t eat it anymore, fries, two types of soup (delicious, I don’t eat at home, but I liked it here, mashed soups), various stews, cutting again sausages / cheeses, fruits / vegetables, pizza (we didn’t like it), beef, lula kebab (delicious). Dinner is the same as lunch, only more hot dishes, + once there were grilled quail, squid, sea fish, tuna, duck, beef (there is always ), once they served seafood mix in portions - squid / octopus / shrimp / crab claw (the line for seafood was colossal). Fruits: apples, grapes, oranges, bananas, dates (there were also frozen ones), a fruit similar to a pear, figs, melon and mango were cut into portions once (there was also a huge queue and not everyone had so much desire and patience to endure). A variety of pastries and sweets - always. very tasty halva. In the morning at the juice restaurant - pineapple / orange, lunch / dinner - cola, fanta, sprite, and of course tea / coffee. A couple of days before departure, the food was not so tasty - with the exception of breakfasts. They even managed to spoil the fish.
Receptionist service is good. about cleaning - they cleaned it all the time once, but well. The next day they knocked at lunchtime when we were sleeping and we didn’t need this cleaning, no one came to the request to come clean tomorrow.
Animation. we didn’t observe it at all. Most of the vacationers are Italians, they have orange bracelets and all the entertainment is arranged for them, respectively, in Italian.
