Location.

The hotel is located in the Nabq area, relatively close to the airport. The transfer there was very fast, since they started with us. At the same time, the proximity of the airport did not annoy, the planes landed directly above the hotel quite rarely.
There is a shopping center right across the road, there is even a small supermarket, but I didn’t like it there, the majority of sellers are too arrogant, not all, thank God. In the shops on site, the staff is much friendlier.
A taxi to Naama Bay will cost more than from other points in Sharm, since Nabq is on the outskirts. According to the guide, a taxi will cost 40 pounds (but I did not check it myself).

Territory.

The hotel is large, with a VERY green area. There is really a lot of greenery, palm trees, hibiscus, there are even tangerines. Plus two awesome cactus beds.
2 pools, quite a decent water park (2 large slides, one small and another for children).

On the territory there are shops with clothes, souvenirs, equipment (fins, etc. ) and even a pharmacy. On the territory of 5ki there are also shops, including a jewelry one. The store staff is much friendlier than on the street. Starting prices may be a bit higher but what can I say, bargain : )

The hotel has WIFI, it costs 25 euros per week, I did not check the coverage area and the quality of the connection.

Number.

We were settled in a bunaglo (604) not far from the sea and the 2nd pool (and a bar, respectively: )).
The room is large enough and nicely decorated. Plumbing serviceable, furniture in good condition, but it is clear that the hotel is not new.
I have 3 notes:
1. Lighting. There is no overhead light in the room, only bedside lamps and a floor lamp. There is not enough lighting in the bathroom to shave comfortably.
2. Only one outlet available. With a large number of gadgets, it becomes problematic to charge them.
Moreover, the nover is completely de-energized after the key is removed.
3. Centralized air conditioning, not split. There is no remote control, it is directed directly to the bed and it is too cold in my opinion.

Service.

The staff is pleasant, friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. The room was cleaned well, linen and towels were changed all the time (to be completely honest, the towels were not changed once). For a 5 bucks tip, the cleaner went to pick flowers from a nearby hibiscus and decorated the room with them.
In the restaurant, the waiters are courteous, they are not rude and do not extort tips.
In general, for Egypt, the service is simply excellent. 5+

Sport.

I can’t say anything definite about sports, because it wasn’t before, I swam in the sea all the time. But I have noticed:
Volleyball Court;
football pitch;
tennis court;
polo gates in swimming pools;
diving center on the beach (moreover, they first instructed in the pool, then the beginners swam on our own pier);
billiards and somewhere, judging by the text from the information about the hotel, there was table tennis : )

Nutrition.

Our meals were All Inc. The cuisine is predominantly European with a slight predominance of Italian, which is understandable, since the Italians prevail in the hotel.

The range of dishes for breakfast is static. But despite this, the choice is very decent. Fried eggs, boiled eggs, cheeses, sausages (very good, which is surprising) scrambled eggs, pancakes, croutons, sausages, french fries, pudding, muesli, a large selection of buns, fruit salads and homemade yogurts. A little upset by the lack of ketchup, the quality of tea and the fact that the coffee was only instant. The ketchup problem was easily solved by catching the waiter and asking for ketchup. Tea and coffee had to be dealt with.
Lunch and dinner are very diverse, 2 soups (and different for lunch and dinner), salads, vegetables, several options for side dishes, meat (beef, lamb and turkey in various types) and fish (fillets and small fried fish like red mullet), seafood in different types (grilled shrimp were sorted out especially quickly: ) ), pasta and a sea of desserts. Fruits included bananas, dates, figs, apples, guava, watermelons, and melons.

In total, the food is very worthy, especially considering that this is Egypt.

Drinks, as elsewhere, upset only by the lack of natural, including freshly squeezed juices. Only soluble inscriptions ala yuppies and soda.

Sea.

The sea is clean, there are a lot of fish, I dive quite deep, I even saw a large moray eel in the process of grabbing some kind of fish. There were always free sunbeds, except for those closest to the bar : ))))

There is only one significant downside. There is one common pier for three hotels. There were a lot of people there.
The process of people entering the water and leaving the water was not regulated in any way. Part of the especially shy ones constantly hung holding on to the ladder. Periodically, congestion was created on both stairs. And the rescuers, instead of at least trying to organize the process, glued single women.

If you do not pay attention to the above, then the place is very good, the corals are beautiful, there are a lot of all kinds of fish. If you come to swim early in the morning, then there will be few people, since the wave is quite serious and you can safely swim : )

Animation.

I can’t say anything about the animation, I didn’t go to it in the evening, I didn’t hang out by the pool either, but I saw that it was there and it seemed to be not bad. But the truth is in Italian.

Children.

For children in the restaurant there are special chairs, there are 2 children's pools and a playground. In the evenings I saw two children's discos, for older children and for toddlers.

There is a hollowed out frog on the sea. But I have big doubts about bathing children there, all the same, there is a chance to run into coral or a hedgehog, and all sorts of fish swim there, including small moray eels and lionfish.

Total.

In general, the hotel is very good for a 4 *. There are flaws, but minor ones. I recommend to everyone.

I want to pay special attention to the tour operator. The first and most likely the last went through the S7. The hotel does not have not only a representative, or there are stoics of a tour operator. There is not even an information stand or an elementary folder with information for the tourist and the transfer time from the hotel. At the meeting upon arrival at the hotel, there was not a guide assigned to the hotel (Salah), but a girl (Svetlana) who replaced him, she told us everything and arranged a tour, there were no complaints about her.

Ah yes, the tour. They forgot to pick us up.
We waited forty minutes and I went to call the tour operator, they apologized and told us to go to the reception, a car would come for us soon. We went, waited another 40 minutes and went to call again. It turned out that they would not come for us, but they promised that tomorrow they would take us on an excursion for free, and in the evening our guide Salah would come and return the money.

According to Svetlana, Salah was supposed to come to the hotel every evening, but we saw him only once, and then when, after long correspondence with him by SMS, I demanded to come to the hotel, explain why they forgot to pick us up and return the money that they promised to return. As Salah explained, we were the only tourists at the S7 in this hotel, which is why he did not come. The transfer time was told to me by another guide, after calling the office phone (by the way, he was also mobile), Salah not only did not contact us himself, but did not even answer the SMS.
Of course, what is there, why ride because of two tourists, why do we need a stand, why tell them the time of transfer to the airport. Figure it out yourself.

In general, dear colleagues tourists. If you are independent enough and ready to find out everything yourself, then you can go with S7 to this hotel, excursions can also be bought from other operators. But if you want everything to be convenient and all information to be available and timely, then I advise you to choose another operator.

P. S. Teztur has a permanent representative at the hotel, Coral also has its own stand and their representative, if he was not at the hotel all the time, met me regularly, as well as the representative of Pegasus. All these operators, as well as Mostrevel and Capital Tour, had information boards in a prominent place.
