The waiters are very friendly (special thanks to Magdi) for a small tip (they gave one time at the beginning of the holiday), the guy tried very hard, always noticed us when we just entered the restaurant, seated us at the free table we liked, quickly cleaned and served it and brought wine according to our Taste, Magdi just done! Do not skimp on tips for the staff, if funds allow, you will be grateful for this, do not hesitate, and this will affect your vacation for the better. The staff is very friendly, and it is clear that they are trying very hard (after all, they also have a crisis and apparently spurred on and forced to work faster and better and better compared to previous years). Many thanks also to the bartender from Ihabu beach, he makes very beautiful and tasty cocktails, and he is very polite and attentive to the hotel guests, it was nice to even just talk with him about life in Ukraine and in Egypt.

The only thing that upset me on vacation was that it was impossible to swim from the pier to see the corals in the morning every day, and in the afternoon we swam only 3 days and that was hard, because the current was very strong, i. e. You can't see the sea there. But this is not a minus of the hotel, but of its location. The Nabka area is a very windy place with strong sea currents.
We left the hotel on 11/17/2016 at 4.15 am, ordered a dry breakfast at the reception without any problems, and what we liked very much when we left the Lobby at 4.00 am everyone who left was given delicious coffee (espreso, cappuccino, americano) no matter who wanted what for free!! !
