The hotel does not even pull on the top three, I can say this for sure having visited this region more than once. The hotel is simply not worth the money.
All hotel rooms are in need of a major overhaul, as what was in our room was everywhere in other rooms. Namely: the safe did not work in the room, the air conditioner constantly made a flood in the room, the telephone did not work, the refrigerator did not work in many rooms, I am generally silent about TV. At the reception, all requests to call the master answered "OK, wait for an hour" and in the end no one came. It was terribly annoying. The room was large, with a living room where there was a seating area. Cleaned well and regularly, we sometimes left a tip, but not every day. Despite the fact that the safe did not work for us, nothing was missing from the room, which we are incredibly happy about. We were refused to change the room, citing the lack of available rooms. Then after talking with other vacationers, we realized that everything is the same in all rooms. It would seem, well, figs with him with a number, we arrived at the sea, but even here this hotel terribly loses to everyone else.
The beach is just disgusting. I think this is the worst thing in Sharm. There is a constant smell of boat fuel on the beach, as there are an awful lot of them. Swimming deeper than 1.5 meters is also unrealistic, because these boats simply ignore the swimmers and can pass 20 cm or even drive over a person with some kind of banana. There are no corals there, and fish, respectively, too. Walking distance is better by bus. We were on the beach 2 times during the whole holiday. The rest of the time we went to a paid beach for $ 3.5 per person per day.
The food at the hotel leaves much to be desired. Everyone we knew in this hotel, even the animators, had problems with their stomachs. There were many cases of hospitalization with acute poisoning. The food is not tasty, it is impossible to eat meat and fish at all, even desserts were not tasty, although in Egypt they are tasty and varied in all hotels, even in triples. There is very little drinking water in the hotel. Bars are also a problem. You can't even pour yourself a glass of water. All through the bartender, and accordingly it is a constant crowd around both bars.
The pools are dirty, and both of them. Sunbeds are not enough for everyone, this is a fact. Many lay simply on towels. Even in this hotel there were strange loss of towels right next to the pool. During the time that we were there, towels were stolen from almost every second person. And then the hotel demands $10 for one towel. Who did it, we did not understand. Despite the animation stated in the description during the day, the hotel is simply dead. The first days after we arrived there was not even music. There was an animation team, but they apparently slept all day, although they say that there was aerobics on the beach, but I have already said everything about the beach. In the middle of our holiday, new animators arrived and something began to happen in the hotel, but also very sluggishly. Every night the animators are taken to discos, this is their only duty.
Despite all this, we had a great time. The hotel has many positives. Firstly, a beautiful area, greenery and flowers everywhere, a good view from all rooms. Secondly, the location is 3 minutes and you are in the heart of Sharm - Naama Bay. And this means that bars, discos, restaurants, shops, etc. are all within walking distance. Thirdly, the hotel is full of young people, although maybe it's just that we got there.
And another moment! Wifi is paid! $3 for 30 minutes!! ! Its quality sucks! This is a shame for the hotel!
In conclusion, I would say that I personally would not go to this hotel again, but if you already took vouchers there, just take a little more money with you in order to go to a good beach where you can appreciate the beauty of the Red Sea.
