A wonderful hotel, very beautiful, well-groomed territory, ponds, swimming pools, a wonderful park with a waterfall, a lazy river, interesting passages, grottoes, slopes, it is pleasant to walk around the territory. At the reception managers worked quickly, quickly solved all problems. We were on the Royal program, the service in the restaurant was excellent, especially the Akhmet team. The waiters try very hard, they know several languages, incl. Russian, attentive, reserved. Fresh juices, delicious food, plenty of fruits, incl. local. Several a la carte restaurants. Noteworthy are Italian, Egyptian and Chinese, where they cook in front of you. Were in the general restaurant, a lot of food, varied, for all tastes.
They cleaned the room well, the rooms are comfortable, the view from all the rooms, whether the sea or the garden is beautiful, the guy made figurines from towels for us, changed beach towels on time. The pool area is great. The pool is large, beautiful, there is a deep zone, a heated zone, a zone for children. In the upper part of the park there is also a swimming pool for adults, for children with an aqua park. But we are not interested in swimming pools. We go to Egypt to admire the beauty of the sea. The reef is not bad, there are enough fish, there are rays, moray eels, turtles. But there are currents, which are warned about and one must be careful.
I would recommend the hotel to change the pontoon. For such a large number of vacationers, it is too small, and boats come up for tourists. And just one descent, there is a queue. I would like to note the work of the lifeguard at this time.
