In general, we are satisfied, probably thanks to the Royal package. But there is some feeling of "tiredness" of the hotel. I can’t say anything about nutrition - the royal package - we had breakfast and lunch in a separate lobby, dinner is always in A la carte. Once I went to the main restaurant - everything is as usual. So we never visited. I liked the SPA, the prices are humane, the massage is good. The room is a bit old but on a level, cleaning is lame, dirt remains in the corners. On the beach there is a separate area for royal guests - everything would be fine, but the service is rare, where to run, who to call is not clear. It was possible to either call or hold the phone to call the waiter. Drinks in a bucket - it is not at all clear on what basis they are provided. You can't get into the sea - the two nearest pontoons are destroyed. I had to stomp on the common one. In general, the brand is still holding, but the crisis is affecting. And so - a good middling.
