There is dirt everywhere - windows, chairs, tables - everything is smeared with grease. It is unpleasant to eat in such a room. Very dim lighting, probably due to the fact that dirt was less visible. The staff is rude and untidy in appearance. Food - you will not stay hungry, you can eat. It’s generally a problem with drinks, it’s impossible to drink juices, and alcoholic ones are generally a separate issue, there is almost never beer, and if there is, then exactly 100 ml. Attitude changes immediately if you buy beer for $3 a bottle. Tea only for breakfast. The spa is also not clean. Massage (general) instead of the declared 50 min. do 30 min. sometimes even less. This hotel needs to URGENTLY change all the staff, you need to start from the reception, as this is the face of the hotel, make at least cosmetic repairs and wash everything, then I think the hotel will be super!! !
