The first thing that alerted us was the appearance of the hotel, the feeling that we did not get into a 5-star hotel in 2013, but arrived at a trade union conference in a peripheral house of culture ala 1985, although on the Coral Travel website - the hotel new, year of construction 2008, then it turned out that the year of construction of this "miracle" is 1995 and this hotel was built specifically for meetings of party activists. Further more, they settled us in a huge 90-meter room, by the way, there were no complaints about the size of the room, but now about the five-star service: no bathrobes, no slippers, no washcloths, dust and natural dirt on the floor, it feels like they had not been cleaned since the last meeting of the partocrats, the walls of the bathroom were peeled off, there was a blockage in both sinks, so that it was possible to brush your teeth and rinse in yesterday's, gold-colored water, while in addition, water flowed from a faulty siphon onto your feet and spread smoothly over the tiles, and to be inattentive, it was possible to slip and crash on this very tile. As a present from the hotel management, there was a single bottle (0.33) of water for two on the table, it was very nice. To be fair, after the scandal, bathrobes arrived on the 4th day, the first pair of slippers on the 5th day, the second pair of slippers and washcloths were brought on the 6th day, and the repairmen to clean and fix the siphon malfunction appeared on the last tribute of our stay.
Now, about the view from the window (GARDEN VIEW) declared in the ticket - of course, this view was not there and, in principle, could not be, since there is no garden on the territory of this hotel at all, there is anything, there are fields that are not evenly trimmed, there are lonely palm trees (namely, palm trees, not palm trees), there are lonely shabby flowers, there are fences made of bushes, there are paths made of unevenly laid tiles (the most beautiful thing that happened was a fire hydrant) but there is no garden !!!
Now about the Internet: there is wi-fi at the reception, but it does not work stably, and not always, in the room - you need a wire, which I received only after repeated requests only on the third day, the so-called dedicated line allows you to open only advertising without problems hotel page.
Now the most important thing, about "all inclusive", "local juices", these are not local Egyptian juices - these are made in Peninsula juices made from a dry powder (essence) diluted with tap water, which in principle is forbidden to drink! We were on the territory of the neighboring Jolie Ville Golf, where the garden is a garden, juices are really juices of local Egyptian production, and according to the reviews of tourists living there, they were fed very tasty.
Now, about food, this is horror in the square, there is, in principle, except for what cannot be spoiled (cucumbers, cabbage and partially tomatoes), nothing can be done, heartburn began immediately after the first meal. The meager choice multiplied by the ability to cook something that seemed impossible to spoil (pasta, rice, etc. ), it seemed that the chefs were competing in who cooked something worse, in short, after the second meal we no longer ate in this terrible canteen (flies and other living creatures, unlike us, felt wonderful)
In fairness, I want to say that on New Year's Eve, the picture was completely opposite, the New Year's Eve dinner was prepared by the same chefs as in everyday mode, but the difference is incomparable, everything was just wonderful!!!
Now about the trip to the beach: if it was still possible to leave there even with constant delays, then from the beach I had to storm an already collapsing bus, while it was difficult to manage without significant injuries, I don’t focus on minor scratches, abrasions and bruises .
