For those who want to read useful information in this review and decide for themselves "to go or not", I want to start by saying one pathetic thought. Pathetic, but fair.
Wherever you go, you take yourself there.
This means that if you take yourself joyful, happy and optimistic, then the vacation will be the same (unless you get into a completely bad place). If you take the unsatisfied and pretentious, then there will be no rest. Wherever you go
Now some simple information.
1) The hotel is strict in design. But handsome. There is no big building. Just a bungalow in a green landscaped area. Palm trees, bushes, flowers. There are not many of them, but it looks beautiful, especially in the evening, with backlight. Lovers of romantic walks can be satisfied. True, there are no shops on the territory.
2) The staff is fast, friendly. Not a hint of rudeness, anger or contempt. It's nice because talking to the staff was one of the fun. One day, a senior bar manager came up to us and asked for feedback on the work of the staff. He just walks around and asks everyone. It seems to be important to them.
3) The pool is large, beautiful, well maintained. With a jacuzzi, with railings and easy entry. There is a separate swimming pool for completely masiks (as well as a children's playground with swings). Swim until sunset. For beach towels at the reception they issue cards that you change for towels, and in the evening - on the contrary, you hand over towels and get cards. Umbrellas on the pool with a trick. Let the sun through (unlike umbrellas on the beach). can burn out unnoticed.
4) rooms in bungalows. spacious, fresh and comfortable. we had 2 air conditioners. one turbo (fast and noisy), the second, in the hallway - quiet. the light in the room is diffused and romantic. bed 2.5x2.5. In the bathroom: bath, shower, toilet, bidet, 2 sinks, hair dryer, MIRROR. Balcony with chairs (they say there are rooms without balconies). in the room - wired internet (at the reception take the cable immediately). in bars and at the reception - Wi-Fi. on the beach - did not check. the whole internet is free. the door to the room opens with a magnetic card. sometimes it does not work, but the card can be changed at the reception without problems (have 2 cards, always carry both with you!!!! ). the light in the room is turned on with the same card that is inserted into the box near the door (inside the room).
5) On the territory there is a hairdresser-massage parlor, a pharmacy-household chemicals, a couple of shops with souvenirs-hookahs-t-shirts, an operating room with two dozen exercise equipment, a tennis table (someone is constantly playing), 2 tennis courts, a football ground (but they play very rarely), volleyball court (never played, although I really would like to, there were no people). in the bar - American billiards (like paid).
6) Nutrition:
- the main restaurant of the Peninsula (here we have breakfast, lunch and dinner all-inclusive). Take your own drinks for breakfast. For lunch and dinner - order the waiter (he will come up and ask).
- bar-restaurant by the pool: from 11 to sunset - drinks, and from 12-30 lunch (the menu is limited and unchanged, as the food is prepared right there, at the bar, but for those who are too lazy to walk 50 meters to the main restaurant huge choice, will do).
- a similar bar-restaurant on the beach (here you can have lunch so as not to go from the beach to the hotel). But drinks from 10 until sunset.
- restaurant of Italian cuisine and Thai cuisine (paid)
- Windsor bar (paid)
- Panorama bar (free). This is the central bar where everyone hangs out. On the platform in front of this bar is a stage where evening performances take place.

But there were always meat and fish for 2-3 different dishes (and new ones every day). Something was not interested at all (for example, beans, pasta, potatoes), but all sorts of show off with vegetables and sauces - immeasurably. I'm just talking about desserts. Desserts - stupidly overeat. Looks like they posted a picture.
8) beach. go fast. 6-7 min. in an air-conditioned bus. just unnoticeable. every half hour. Starting at 8:00 a. m. and ending at 5:30 p. m. The beach itself is several flat areas at different heights. furnished beautifully (stone and plants). Sand. many transitions from the Golf Hotel, equipped with wood, a little oriental style. (there is the residence of the former president 10 meters away. I recommend looking from the Golf area). entrance to the sea - 3 pontoons. 10-15 meters long, that is, very close (we saw 100 meters from the plane). there is a rental of masks and fins (but it is better to take your own). A savior is on duty on the pontoon. The sun burns unnoticed. Therefore, smear with creams and hide. Still burn.
9) sea, reef. Well, it's all very subjective. but a lot of fish. 40 species were definitely seen. 2 lionfish swam under the pontoon. they are poisonous (they say) but just don't touch them, they swim very slowly. I saw a huge fish the size of a pontoon... well, like a child of 10-12 years old. His wife caught up with him in flippers. She said it was SHOCK. Imagine - SOMETHING the size of you is swimming nearby, only a fish!! ! saw a half-meter octopus. crabs, fish jumping on stones. . . all the fish are right under the pontoon, you don't have to swim far. In the evening, the visibility is worse, as the sun goes down and shines past the reef. (but rare fish are selected). Do not swim after sunset.
Once again, everything is subjective. but for the first or second time in Egypt - it's just fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!
They jumped from the pontoon. uffffffffffffff. just make sure that the floor is not wet, otherwise I ran into it pretty well : ) and close your nose, otherwise you will wash everything in your skull.
10) entertainment in the hotel:
- water aerobics in the morning. participated by all and sundry (all turned out to be women). sometimes they play water polo in the pool. sometimes - in darts.
- in the evening - on the stage near the Panorama bar, a small program with children (4-5 dances with animators), and then 1-3 performances (either a magician, or belly dance, or break dance or national dances, or just someone sings to the backing track hits) often involving viewers. Spectators sit at the tables, decorously drink, clap, just chat.
- there is a platform with a hookah (like from 19 to 24)
11) Entertainment behind the hotel
- trips to discos (organized by animators). we were not - there is nothing to describe.
- excursions (we noticed that everyone offers the same thing at different prices). were not.
- a trip to old town (by taxi, a taxi is ordered directly at the reception). they say that there is mainly a bazaar, shopping. prices are the lowest. Were not.
- a trip to SOHO (by taxi). were 2 times. nice. but theoretically it is possible to look at one time. just go straight for 3-4 hours. I recommend taking a taxi right there and back and paying in pounds (it's cheaper). there are a lot of sculptures, an ice rink (the ice sucks), cafes, shops, a live fountain with color music. beautifully, with light color, culturally, without grabbing hands.
- a trip to Naama Bay. were 2 times. You can go free of charge, by bus, sign up in the morning at the reception. Naama - more local, more wild. they will cling and grab hands, they will call and pull to cafes, hookah shops. but you shouldn't be afraid. at first it's unusual, then you just say "but mani, but time" and they lag behind (and new ones stick; ) ). Naama is big. It's very short to go there for an hour and a half. you have to go for the same 3-4 hours. Walk around, take a picture. buy souvenirs. eat color.
- take a walk in the Golf. You go by bus to the beach, and from the beach, through wooden passages - to Golf. walk, swim, sunbathe, take pictures. there are 2 slides in the pool. the pool is very long and looks beautiful among the lush vegetation. Don't forget - the last bus from the beach is 17-30. walking back is not recommended.

if you squint your eyes, you could write the opposite review (there were cigarette butts lying around, the room was not cleaned there, the cleaner in the room does not know the Russian words "at all" and "to roam" and in the evening it was not Britney Spears who sang in the bar),
but! we went there with open eyes and hearts, so:
the sea is the bomb! with fish and pontoon jumps.
- food and drink - immeasurably.
- the staff is good. understands little Russian. but you can always find a common language. English is desirable. at least initial. and a couple of theirs, Arabic words. then it's not a problem anymore. we made friends with a dozen guys from the servants, got drunk immeasurably.
