I decided to write a review after reading previous reviews, because like everything else in this world, they depend on a person’s life position, his upbringing, life experience, mood, weather, etc.

We love this hotel and rested in it 3 times, and we will definitely come again. We met more than one family who, like us, rest here more than once.

About the weather: it does not depend on the hotel or the tour operator ...Once we were at the beginning of March and it was very warm and the sea was quite comfortable even for a 5-year-old, there was no wind at all. Then we were in May - it was unbearably hot because of the wind from the desert, but as soon as the wind blew from the sea - it became just wonderful. This time, a polar cyclone, anomalous for this time of year, descended, and even tourists walked for a couple of days in jackets. But after all, we also have -32 in winter, and sometimes +15, and in May it can snow.

If the bay is windless, this does not mean that the wind as a natural phenomenon is not possible there at all (I'm talking about a recent review here). Therefore, do not read reviews about the weather, the maximum forecast for a month will help you, and that is not a fact!

Immutable parameters:

+ chic sandy beach, sandy bottom, shallow for a long time (and for some this is a minus by the way; ) ), neither adults nor children need special shoes either on the beach or in the sea
+ there is a small coral in shallow water, where even my 4-year-old child, who cannot swim yet, could see beautiful diverse fish
+ a stunning park in which the hotel is located, green, blooming, well-groomed, even in the heat in May I rolled a sleeping baby in the shade
+ Italian chef. And yes, that's a big plus. We are sensitive to poor quality food. Even picky children ate a lot and never said that it was not tasty.
My husband took with him a lot of packs of activated charcoal and everything possible, he didn’t use anything once, he didn’t even have heartburn (sorry for the details)

From stable:

Rooms. The rooms are different. The number of rooms is divided into zones:
1) Sport - the farthest, across the road from the main hotel, with small children in general, I would be scared to cross the main highway with heavy traffic
2) Palm - a little away, but closer to the main territory, no need to cross the road
3) Front - the main part of the hotel, the first line
4) Sea view - right next to the beach and somehow slightly away from the main territory (for me personally, this seemed like a minus)

Cleaning and change of linen and towels every other day. They pick up very high quality. The linen is excellent (no holes or stains), the towels are not shabby, white, with the hotel logo.

The rooms in the Sport and Palm are very new, the freshest renovation, who lived there, admired how new everything was.
There is a Jolie Suite - it's bigger. There are two recreation areas, two TVs, one bathroom. There are Family rooms - these are two rooms, one has a large double bed, the second has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, BUT there is only one shower in one bathroom, in the nursery there is only a toilet and a washbasin.


The price for a standard room in different areas is different!!!

People! See what you are buying from the tour operator. And then it’s so strange to read the reviews that they arrived at 4m, and bought ONE standard room for 2, and naively expected that they would be accommodated for free in Family. Are you seriously?!? ! Yes, if you still unsuccessfully bought the tour, then if you have a room, you can OFFICIALLY pay extra at the reception (you will be given a check for improvement, not to be confused with a tip). Yes, in previous years, tourists were settled immediately in Front without additional payment, this was when Sport and Palm were completely closed for repairs (it is not clear why tour operators sold them) or there was a small load on the hotel (usually in winter).
But with the maximum load of the hotel this time, we were immediately refused to improve the room. They offered to come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. We wanted to check in and relax once, as a result they saw that we were regular guests and asked to wait, explained that the hotel was fully loaded. The manager talked to someone on the phone, and then offered a suite. We were delighted, paid extra (officially, paid by card) and settled in the Jolie Suite in the Front zone.

Tour price.

In 2021, we traveled at a price 2.5-3 times cheaper than the regular price. Why is it important. The hotel cannot save on the beach or the territory, so the savings should be on something else:
- in the rooms there were no bathrobes, no disposable slippers, no bath accessories (shampoo, body cream, etc. ), which was on previous visits. It didn’t bother us personally, we always carry our own.
- in the room in the mini-bar only a bottle of water (fresh 1.5 l was brought daily)
- The choice of fruits is very modest (melon in the morning, oranges or tangerines, apples, dates, guava in the afternoon and evening).
- coffee powder. but here I’ll honestly say that I don’t remember at all how it was before, somehow the coffee didn’t stick in my memory

- Variety of food. In previous years (with expensive tours) the food was much more varied: there were days of Japanese cuisine (sushi, etc. ), Italian cuisine (lasagna, pizza, etc. ), Egyptian cuisine ...and all restaurants were open. In 2021, the menu was quite the same for two weeks. Only the main restaurant worked (by the way, this was warned on the hotel website, I was ready for this already when buying a tour) and a restaurant on the beach, which offered exactly the same menu as the main restaurant. The food was ENOUGH, everything was VERY TASTY! There was never such a thing that something ended and there was no fish or beef until the end of the dinner (not counting the baklava - it ended instantly).
Contingent.

The impression of the rest also depends on who is resting nearby. In 2018, there were a maximum of 10% of Russian speakers (Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs, Armenians, Russians), the remaining 90% are foreigners (the bulk are WEALTH (this is important, who understands what I mean: )) Arabs with wives and children, French families, Spaniards, Balts, Belgians, some young people - mostly Arabs). In 2019, no more than 20% Russian speakers and 80% foreigners rested. But in 2021 - 99% Russian-speaking and even cheap tours ...if you explain to someone, write in the comments; )

Animators.

They are there! And even the first week there were mini-discos and everything more or less familiar, BUT!

Constraints, cons and pros due to COVID:
In two weeks, we personally saw two serious checks there + the hotel management constantly checks the situation, we personally saw the general manager several times with checks of different locations, in 2021 we saw her live for the first time, before that only in the pictures (it’s clear that they don’t need cases there diseases and closure due to this hotel). After one week of rest, after one of the serious external checks:

1) Banned evening shows, competitions, mini-disco (this is in all hotels, not just this one). We walked along the promenade along all the hotels, and all of them abruptly stopped their evening entertainment - maximum music - on the same day. Animators entertained adults and children only during the day on the beach. Various competitions, dancing, exercises, aerobics.

2) The cabanas on the beach were closed.

3) Showers and foot taps were closed on the beach. Inconvenient, but it does not depend on the hotel

4) Closed the playground.
But our “uniques” climbed over the fence to swing the child on the swing (no comment).

5) Removed 30% of the sunbeds near the pool and some more sunbeds were marked with a request not to occupy, but to keep a distance.


6) They banned appliances in the restaurant. There were so beautiful with the logo of the hotel. I had to replace them with disposable ones. But they tried, everything was given out in bags (a napkin, cutlery, salt, pepper). But this is also not their whim, but the requirements due to quarantine measures.

7) There were hand sanitizer dispensers on each table.

8) If at first in the restaurant you could partially take something on your own (fruits, sweets, buns), and the rest was passed through the glass by the cooks, then in the end even a piece of bread had to be asked for by the cook. Because of this, service time slightly increased and queues formed. But if you come not to the beginning, but somewhere in an hour - there were no queues.

9) All meals are possible on the street (as for me it was a huge plus).
Additionally, it was possible to have lunch and dinner right on the beach overlooking the sea (the menu is absolutely the same as in the main restaurant). And to our surprise, for some reason, everyone burst into the main restaurant, and the beach was almost empty. But even in the main restaurant SIX zones, the tables are arranged with a distance, when it was cold, we always found a place there.

10) Snacks and ice cream were by the pool for the first week, then moved to a restaurant on the beach. There are dispensers with antiseptics on every building, and they are there all the time. All staff are wearing masks and disposable gloves, especially in the restaurant, and they wear masks correctly!! ! The food is closed not only vertically, but also partially horizontally, the so-called "fool-proof".

In general, in my opinion, catching COVID in a hotel is not so easy, you can, of course, if you rudely ignore elementary rules (do not keep your distance, for example, run to the opening of a restaurant and then crowd in line breathing into each other's necks and stepping on each other's heels, like as if it would be faster from this - see the paragraph "Contingent" ; ) ). But at the airport or plane, where the mask regime is not strictly observed, the chances are growing exponentially. Especially considering that our people everywhere ignore the markings asking you to keep a distance of 2 meters, and constantly try to get around you if you keep it (this is also the "Contingent" variable)

In general, the most beautiful hotel for both family and youth recreation (all kinds of discos and clubs are next to the hotel. In 2021, many were closed). Decide what is important to you and look at reviews specifically for these parameters.
Can you go to a hotel where there is no beach, but a pontoon of 800 meters; )
