The hotel is good, conceived perfectly, but there is a huge minus for the possibility of a good and proper rest:
1. A large number of pools with beautiful slides. Everything works, but no one bathes in them. You walk around and look at all this working splendor, but you can’t swim, where there are slides there is NO HEATING. Heated 2 swimming pools - one very small "Frog", the second small pool for adults and school children. EVERYTHING ELSE IS NOT HEATED. We rested with our daughter and grandchildren 2 years and 8 years old from 12/11/19 to 12/18/19. The temperature during the day is 25, and in the evening up to 18. We chose this hotel because of the water park and were completely disappointed. The water park itself is magnificent, but during this period of time, young guys risked a ride from the slides only twice, and then drunk. After they swept down the hills, they said: "The hops were gone. " Extreme 2 in one - from slides and from water. Grandchildren swam in the pools, and we went to the sea.
