Stayed as a couple with our adult daughter. We liked the hotel in general. Check-in was very fast, although we arrived late at 23-00. Dinner is already over. At the reception, no one offered to go to the restaurant, although, as it turned out later, if we approached, we would definitely have dinner, as the restaurant staff works very well, after the meal is over, the food is removed gradually. And so - left without dinner. The rooms are all very good, spacious and clean, everything is in order everywhere, without the slightest complaint. We asked for a room closer to the restaurant. Our wishes were fulfilled. Cleaning was done well and on time. There are NO mosquitoes and other insects in the rooms or on the territory of the hotel! In fairness, it must be said that we did not have a set of mini cosmetics in the room, there were only two different tubes of shampoo for two people. For 10 days of rest, there was nothing else from mini cosmetics. The reception staff does not speak Russian at all, but there will be no problem for organizing recreation - on the contrary, there is a table at which the Guest relation works. Here you will get an answer to any of your questions. . We are very grateful to ANGELA for her help in organizing our holiday. She is a top notch professional! The territory of the hotel is very large, well-groomed and very beautiful. Every day I discover something new. The staff is very polite, friendly. I did not notice any rudeness and arrogance. (except SPA, but more on that later). During our holiday, the food and service in the main restaurant was very good, and the Festive Christmas Dinner impressed me with its richness, chic and scope - respect to the hotel !!! ! The hotel now has 2 a la carte restaurants: Lebanese and Jolie Bistro. A very interesting Lebanese with an unusual presentation of dishes, Jolie bistro is a bit simpler but interesting in its own way. Opposite Jolie bistro there is a very cozy bar with billiards, imported drinks, cool cocktails and pleasant service. I won’t write much about the sea - the SEA is BEAUTIFUL with a very beautiful reef at the morning of the hotel’s piers! The beach of the hotel is just a masterpiece of beach architecture!!! ! WE ARE EXCITED! ! This is a big fabulous city where everyone can find something that he likes!! ! We went to the beach near pier number 1. Many thanks to all the beach workers who do their job very well, especially Abu (I do not know his full name). I was very pleased with the compliment from the hotel - free golf lessons: just super! The hotel has a small but very good animation team. We enjoyed the evening shows. I really liked that the hotel invites professional teams every evening. There is a huge heated pool on site. Few bathed in it, because we love the sea more. And finally, what disappointed me: This is a SPA center. Since in Egypt we have a rest in winter, it is very important to go through acclimatization in the shortest possible time. In the first 2-3 days after swimming in the sea and a sharp change in climate, many have problems with ENT organs. This is easily eliminated by visiting the steam room: 5-7 minutes for a couple of days in the evening and relax in joy! Usually in spa centers at hotels visiting saunas is free and serves as an advertisement for the purchase of SPA procedures, but that was not the case !! ! The man at the SPA reception with a very arrogant look said that one entry into the steam room up to 10 minutes for the two of us is $ 20 and bidding is inappropriate here! Feeling like beggars, we left by an empty working steam room.
