Excellent hotel. This is not the first time in Egypt, so there is something to compare with. One of the best services. The room was cleaned daily and efficiently. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food - like everywhere else, maybe a little more number of dishes. A great hotel for those who want to relax with the family quietly and calmly. There is nothing for young and dynamic people to do there. Animation only in Italian. The territory is small, but very beautiful. There are practically no Russian-speaking staff there, although there are indeed more and more Russians in comparison with previous years. There are always enough sun loungers on the beach, there were always free places near the pool, I have never seen queues in the restaurant. At the time of departure - 60%. Entrance to the sea both from the pontoon and from the shore (very cool for children). There are not two corals, but much more (there is a nearby beach at 30 m - everything is in order with the corals). Of the minuses, I can name a fish restaurant (a la carte) and a noisy evening theater (Do not take a room next to this Italian miracle ), and so... In general, if you want to relax with your family, with excellent service - I recommend it. The hotel deserves its 5 stars
