We lived in building 12. The 13th was a birthday. They themselves did not report this to the hotel, but our travel agents did. The hotel upgraded the room category and gave "sea view family". They gave us a voucher for a birthday cake which we didn't use. And the cake was brought to the room. After a week of rest, they were invited to an a la carte restaurant. Dinner was very tasty.
The rooms are already a bit tired. At first there was no hot water, the hood hummed loudly and the water in the shower did not drain well. After contacting the receptionist, everything was promptly corrected. The guesthouse girls were constantly walking along the beach, asking the guests about the quality of the rest.
