The hotel was chosen so that it was on the first line with a good beach. But it turned out that they made a mistake. But first things first.
Check-in was at eight in the morning. Transfer from the airport to the hotel, we leave things in front of the hotel entrance and check-in begins. For a room with a sea view, we were asked for $ 30 per day of stay at the hotel. Total, additional $240 per room. We refused. As a result, the room was allocated to us, as they say, it was torn from the heart. For early check-in, we were charged $5 per person and given a bracelet so that we could have breakfast on the day of arrival.
The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The air conditioner tried to work, although it did not give out the cold, no matter how hard it was. There was greasy dust on the ventilation grilles, at least a centimeter thick, and, naturally, the air conditioner could not work, since it had not been serviced since the hotel was built.

The card reader in the room, which turned on the electricity in the room, was attached to the wall with screws that stuck out 3-4 centimeters on the sides, since the staff could not screw them into the wall.
The room has one chair for two, a balcony on the ground floor that does not close with a lock. or rather, not even a balcony, but its absence, since the exit from the room through the balcony door was right on the blind area.
In the bathroom, the smell from the sewer through the drain hole and ceilings, no more than two meters high.
There was no water provided in the refrigerator. It was brought only at five o'clock in the evening. The TV in the room received 5 channels of Russian television, of which only 2 could be watched without bands on the screen.
In the room of our friends who came with us, the door was constantly warped, so the lock was constantly jammed and we had to call the hotel staff every time we entered the room to help open the door.
Having suffered, we turned to the hotel administration, which agreed for a small fee to change our rooms for those in which you can live a week of stay. Which is what was done.
Room cleaning. Towels were changed only once a week, and then after we personally caught the cleaner and filed a complaint with the reception. Prior to this, there were towels in the room with large brown stains, and I suspect that before us they were used exclusively for wiping the buttocks.
Nutrition. Poor breakfast with a small selection of products. Better lunches and dinners. You can put 8 out of 10. A small selection of meat and fish dishes was compensated by an abundance of all sorts of sweets. For meat dishes and scrambled eggs, you always had to stand in line, as they were handed out personally by chefs no more than 100-150 grams per hand. This is a complete apotheosis! All-inclusive in Egyptian!
Seafood. If small crabs no more than 5 centimeters in length are considered seafood, then yes, they were. There was NOTHING else but the sea language! We decided to order a fish restaurant a la carte. It would be better if they didn't! They brought the so-called fish soup, in which there was nothing but muddy water and half a small crab.

Pools. Of all the pools, only one was heated. But in order to not make us feel at home, beach towels were issued only at the adjacent pools. The pool bar was also only on the unheated pool. Therefore, as in a joke, "the bathhouse was on one side of the road, and the locker room was across the road. "
I had to go around the hotel to other pools for towels and drinks. The lifeguard at the heated pool is a boy, a sexual maniac who pawed single women lying on sunbeds around the pool and invited them to meet in the evening in an intimate setting. It's amazing how lustful obsessive people can work in a 5 star hotel. He constantly climbed to meet me and made friends at every meeting. It was very stressful.
Beach. Yes, the entrance to the water is only from the pontoon. And the depth there is already about 4-5 meters. So it's not a fountain. The sunbeds on the beach are without exception sagging, without mattresses, and if you can still somehow comfortably sit on your back, it’s difficult to lie on your stomach on them, as the plastic frame presses on your legs.
The territory of the hotel. This is probably the only thing I liked. Beautiful greenery, paths. The only strained repaired houses on site with views like after the bombing.
Therefore, the hotel deserves a solid 5 out of 10. Would I go here again? Never. Would I recommend this hotel to someone? Never.
