We rested in this hotel from March 10 to March 17 with my husband, mother and daughter of 6 years old.
We had a great flight, the transfer was fast enough, our hotel was the last one.
We paid for the most ordinary standard, so we didn’t expect miracles, they put $ 20 in the passport at the reception and, I think, they did the right thing - we were offered a room in the main building and, for comparison, a standard room in the 4th building. We naturally chose the first one, because the standard is smaller in area and has a poor view from the window.
As soon as we checked in, as fortunately for us, they called from the reception and said with a bunch of apologies that something had happened to the drain in our room and they would replace the room with an even better one.

People, it was just the most luxurious room, the second building, with a beautiful view of the sea, with plasma, excellent furniture and plumbing. I must say right away that they cleaned well, towels and linen were changed every day, the cleaner was a very nice and friendly person, swans were constantly spinning. Dollar tips were left every other day.
The territory of the hotel, of course, is beyond praise! Very beautiful, green, well-groomed, there was no mote anywhere. The funicular worked. In the evenings, each tree is illuminated. There are many heated pools, we counted 4, the water there is very warm - it was impossible to pull the child out of there.
We went to the sea twice in total, because. we were not very lucky with the weather - before our arrival it got colder and the sea was quite windy, almost every day a red flag hung.
The reef at the hotel is very beautiful!!! ! All kinds of colors of fish, among which you swim, like in an aquarium.
We almost always ate at the main restaurant. We read reviews that food at the hotel is bad, so we drove a little cautiously. But in vain. The food was just a wonderful choice! Good breakfasts, normal lunches and simply chic dinners. Meat, fish were every day in several forms, grilled quail every evening, vegetables with meat. There were mussels, shrimps, squids, chicken in various forms, liver, up to ten kinds of different meat cuts. Everything is fresh and very tasty! From fruits apples, oranges, grapefruits, melons, dates, guava, strawberries. The hotel has amazingly delicious juices - mango, guava.
From alcoholic drinks, we liked a variety of cocktails, my husband drank whiskey - he said that it was very worthy. Bottled beer is also good.
From a la carte went to the Bedouin and Italian. Bedouin is something . . The waiter at first strenuously forced us to buy something for money. Then he mixed up the orders and brought something completely different from what was asked for. And when we tried what he brought, we realized that we had to quickly go to eat in the main restaurant - the food was practically not edible (((
Italian is better, but it didn't make much of an impression either.
Evenings were spent in the Kalyan-bar in the open air. They make awesome hookah, nice music plays, they left the hookah man for a dollar and he always met us like relatives.

The hotel staff is polite and helpful. They constantly ask if everything is fine, if we want something. 80 percent of vacationers were British, there were Germans, French, Poles - all pleasant, nice, friendly people. There were very few Russians, some behaved as if they were at least royalty, traveling incognito and everyone around them owed them. We witnessed the scene when several Russians jumped from one pool to another. The staff correctly, extremely politely made a remark that it was impossible to do this, for which he was sent to the f... pu (sorry, you can’t erase words from the song) And then we wonder why they don’t like Russians . .
Excursions were ordered from Karina Mango from this site, a wonderful, sweet girl (by the way, happy birthday, Karinochka! ) We went on a motorcycle safari and diving to Tiran Island. Liked this and that. Good organization, no complaints, I recommend to everyone!
In general, the rest was very pleasant! The hotel is wonderful, would have put 10 points, if not for a small incident at the end. Pegasus guide Nina warned that 15 minutes before departure, you need to call the reception and a porter will come for our luggage. We made sure and called in 25 minutes. 15 minutes passed - no one, we call again - they say he has already left. Another 15 minutes - no one, we are already in a slight panic running to the reception, leaving my husband with suitcases, there we meet the guide who has already arrived with the transfer. At the reception they say that your suitcases have already been brought!! ! And they show completely different suitcases. In general, with sin in half, nevertheless, the porter brought our luggage after 40 minutes of waiting (((The transfer was delayed by 10 minutes, for which we were scolded by our dear compatriots. Now, taught by experience, we will order a porter at least an hour in advance.
In general, the rest was very pleasant! Excellent service, wonderful food, the hotel is suitable for couples with children.
