I will try to objectively, in order, describe our opinion about HILTON SHARKS BAY.

So in order:

Check in:
Arrived somewhere at 16:00, arrived at the hotel somewhere at 19:00! (although the Hilton is the closest to the airport, but since there were only two of us from this hotel, they first took everyone in the Nabq area, and then we ...but that “such”) was settled quickly, in a normal room, on the first line with a view to the pool and "a little sea", without surcharges.
The furniture in the room is a little old, but it's not particularly annoying, of course, if you are not too picky. Everything was in working order.

Beach:

The beach is multi-tiered, albeit small, but there are enough sun loungers with a margin, though those closest to the sea take early and towels lie all day - the human factor ...and, as they say, "what's the point. " There are two bars on the beach, though the one closer to the sea does not work stably, and primarily because of the laziness of the bartenders. In all other respects - everything is very good, clean and comfortable.

Sea:
The sea is great! The best part is that there are "corridors" of reefs, it immediately adds interest and impressions from swimming. We saw (from the “exotics”): 2 species of lionfish, a large stingray (2.5 meters with a tail), and on the last day a 2-meter moray eel. We also swam to Concorde and Sunrise (on the right) and to Sa Vita (on the left) ...in comparison, the reefs at the Hilton are more interesting.
One pontoon, short (a big plus in the heat). The entrance to the sea is only from the pontoon and immediately deep, for those who can not swim - bad.
Near the beach, in the diving center you can take (for free, on bail) fins, masks, snorkels ...though their condition is not the best.

Food:
For breakfast they gave: 6-10 types of buns, fruits (though not a very good choice and appearance), scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages.
Lunch: from 12.00 at the beach bar they made hot dogs and sandwiches, at the Italian restaurant they gave french fries, and you could also make yourself a hamburger or hot dog.
In the main restaurant, you could take a side dish, as well as vegetables.
Various sweets for dessert.
On the second line, sandwiches and hamburgers were prepared in a beach bar.
Dinner: Dinner was our favorite. The meat dishes were especially impressive. They cooked duck and delicious breaded liver and even kiev chicken, although it was just a breaded brisket, but delicious.
The Italian restaurant prepared a pizza to choose from. The choice of fruits was not at all pleasing. The watermelon was sluggish, the melon and dates were not sweet, the apricots were green, the tangerines were rotten.
In the bars you could also take chips and ice cream (not bad).

Despite the fact that the restaurant was a buffet, the drinks were served by the waiters. And in fact, this is more a minus than a plus. Because, in order to wait for the waiter and order him a drink, sometimes you had to wait too long, and then wait until they brought it. We didn't serve drinks at the bar in the restaurant. I would also like to note that the staff in the restaurant on the first line is much worse than on the second.
On the second line, the waiter Mohammed, who serves tables on the street, did everything very quickly and sincerely. For our birthday, he organized a separate table for us, decorated it with flowers, made sure that we had everything and that we were happy. Well, then they brought a cake and the waiters, knocking on their trays, sang an Egyptian congratulatory song (we hope so) leading a round dance around our table.
Drinks: juices from bags, no worse than ours, you can drink. As for alcohol, you can really drink brandy from strong, you can really drink brandy, everything else ..... well, maybe someone will like it. Wine that is red, that white - "sour". The beer is weak and light, but quite normal. All bars serve good cocktails.
To sum up, I liked the food and, unlike last year, when we rested in Savita 5 *, the food was not boring.

Service:
The service is good. The room was cleaned every day. They made swans out of towels.
The staff at the hotel is very pleasant, always smiling, saying hello, always helping. No complaints - only positive.

Weather:
Despite all the warnings, we still went in the summer. The heat is no worse than in Kyiv (probably even better). At night, we slept without air conditioning with the windows closed (the wind can be strong) quite comfortably.

Animation:
When choosing a hotel, animation did not play a key role. She was definitely there, but we didn't see much of her. On the one hand, this is good - no one "strains". In the evenings, a couple sings (live) near the beach bar. But if you go with the aim of "lighting up" and "getting off" then I think - not in the "Hilton".

In general, I really liked the stay at the Hilton, despite the 4 stars, this hotel is in no way inferior (and in many ways surpasses the 5s). I make all comparisons with the Savita 5 * hotel, where we rested last year. Everything else is stated above. Good luck!
