We chose the hotel for a long time. On the advice of friends, we chose Grand Rotana and did not regret it. A huge well-groomed territory, a wonderful reef, a variety of fish of all colors and sizes. For eight days of rest, we never encountered the problem of the lack of free sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. There is a slide to the pool and the Infinity pool, it is located above the sea and the view from it fascinates with its beauty. The cuisine is good for Egypt. The rooms are cleaned daily. Peace and quiet. Mosquitoes did not bother - they poison every day.
The staff is courteous and tactful. At the reception they speak Russian normally, in addition, every day from 9 to 18 in the lobby there is a Russian-speaking administrator who will answer all questions. The hotel has a free sauna and gym. Near the third pontoon they are waiting for you to ride on a banana and on a sail, to dive with scuba gear - you don’t have to go far. Bus to Naama Bay four times daily. They don't take you to SOHO, only taxis. When you leave the hotel, there is a promenade with shops: fruits, trinkets, masks, suitcases and everything that tourists buy. A lot of local Arabs come to the hotel on weekends, but they leave on Sunday evening.
The main contingent of vacationers are Ukrainians, Kazakhs (this year there are a lot), some Russians, Poles, Hungarians. There are no problems with the Internet - Wi-Fi catches throughout the hotel, which is strange for Egypt. The speed is certainly not very high, but watching the video is enough. You don’t need to buy any phone cards, unless of course you eat somewhere. Any trips according to the catalog, like everywhere else, there are two travel boutiques on the promenade, the price is 2 times cheaper than that of a hotel guide (however, like everywhere else in Egypt). There are many parents with children for whom all conditions have been created up to children's tables in the dining room.

For a weekly stay at the hotel, you can sign up and visit one restaurant (out of four in total). We went to the sea. What was served was quite tasty, but the portions were alarming for their size - very small. I recommend this hotel to both singles and families with children.
