I must say right away that this is not my first time in this hotel, I rested here exactly a year ago, everything was fine, in fact, the rest was a success at that time.
Now everything has changed, completely, my opinion is that if you want a paid excursion to hell, then you should take a closer look at this place.
Almost the entire staff has changed, there are no more than a couple of familiar faces.

The rooms are also unchanged, the condition is normal, you can live, but they definitely need repairs, and for a long time. All rooms have some nuances, then the refrigerator does not work, then there is no hot water, it happens only hot, there are no irons, no kettles. Cleaning is practically absent, the floor is not washed, the bed is not changed. Water should be given, but in fact they have to demand, they pretend that they don’t understand, they want money. If suddenly you were settled on the first floor, then hell you sleep, because they start yelling like crazy from 6.30, do not care about you all. The entrance doors are old dry, there is no noise from them.
All this does not concern you, if suddenly you come from Britain, then you will be accommodated in a good room and you will eat at another restaurant.
About the restaurant (s) - and not close, it's just some kind of tin, they don't know how to cook and don't want to. The food that will be available will not please you at all, it's just the bottom. If you haven't seen pasta salad with rice, then you haven't seen anything. There is not much greenery there, but only at the beginning, if suddenly you decide to come for lunch / dinner later, so as not to stand in lines for meat, then it’s okay, just go to eat in the city, because people have been taught that you need to come to at the beginning, in order to grab something, the main thing is to find a plate and a place, which is also always missing at the beginning. And even if you are a very lucky person, and you managed to find a place + a plate + something edible, then it’s too early to relax, you can be kicked off the table at any time if suddenly it was booked by a non-Slavic company (Germans, Britons, etc. . d. , you are not in the status of a person there at all).
Forget about the children's menu right away, there is nothing normal, occasionally they put pasta (the same as on the common table = with spicy sauce) and soy sausages, not only children refuse to eat them, but also dogs on the beach. I have never seen such nasty and vile taste and smell food in my life, at the station they cook the level of God compared to them. For all comments, suggestions, complaints, they will simply send you to hell, no matter what you do, wherever you write, the result will be exactly ZERO. All the staff, from the reception to the manager, don't give a shit about you. They will laugh in your face and in your back, turn away and pretend that you do not exist, it is a little more difficult to ignore almost all requests to get a roll of toilet paper, by the way, it is also not always available.

Of course, there are exceptions, there are good people there, for example, a gardener, a security guard at the entrance, one waiter is a normal guy, but all good things dissolve in the madness of the rest. Every day of your "rest" you will face rudeness and hatred from the staff. There is no ambiguity in these words, if you are from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine - get ready.
The hotel is 130% full, there are not enough sunbeds, people lie on the beach on towels, on the sand where they have to, dogs live there, look under your feet and for the children, so that nothing happens. There is also a dude with a whistle, everything is impossible, he whistles right away, don’t go there, don’t look there, don’t swim there. I am quite an adequate person, I am for safety, but there is too much. The sunbeds are all old and dead, the towels are 80 percent old too. Towels are stolen on the beach, they stole from us, to our appeal to the reception with a complaint they told us in plain text - either pay $ 10 or go and take it from someone.
The entrance to the sea is good, sandy, occasionally there are stones underfoot, but overall it's good. There is depth, and children can play. There are corals and fish.
Local location is good, 10 min. by minibus to the old city (5 pounds per person, children are not needed), and nearby Naama walking street, in short, in this regard, everything is fine, I think.
Bottom line - money wasted.
