Rested - 3 men at the Gafy Resort 4* hotel from 14.06. 2024 to 25.06. 2024 - the impressions are not the best ((( Never seen such a stingy hotel, gutters in everything, there is something to compare with, have been to many hotels - in Gafy Resort - one disappointment. We flew to Sharm El Sheikh at 6 o'clock in the morning, at the reception they said they would settle in at 2:00 p. m. They asked for water to drink - they didn't give it, they asked for breakfast - they didn't give it...The next day there was a meeting with the tour operator Join Up, 5 of us came, would we wait for the guide for 1 hour, he never showed up, so we didn't see our guide until the end of the vacation, even on the last day there was no information about our plane, we came to the reception 3 times until we called Join Up ourselves. The guide was not at his place ((( In the Gafy Resort residence, only the beach and the sea view are good. We bought two Deluxe Side Sea View Rooms, for a lot of money, and settled in the usual standard, there was no sea view, no balcony, no windows to the sea - deception , drying clothes on chairs on the street....for the first time, and the view was supposed to be on the sea....
There is no water or other drinks on the beach - and this is all included, despite the fact that the temperature is +46 Food - you will not be hungry, but you need to go to the opening of breakfast, lunch, dinner...because later there will be eaters, very stingy , the staff is not friendly, how would you like to see how they cut meat into three pieces on a plate, which glow, and on the side the supervisors are stingy and watch everything...Water, tea, coffee, drinks, you will not take it yourself from the machine, and you will be given in 100 ml glasses and look at it with contempt - gutters....this shouldn't happen....They won't give water to the room themselves until you ask, they don't clean it every day, the furniture is very old....Another very big minus for the hotel!!!! ! The air conditioner in the room did not work properly, it was at an air temperature of + 46 and the safe did not work - 2 times we made a request at the reception - no one did it ((( they treat tourists shamefully....The only positive thing about the food is the pastry shops products, a large assortment.
Butter is not given at all, watermelon is cut with the skin so thinly that it is impossible to hold it in your hands, they look into your plate, stand watch at every step...so disgusting and not pleasant Only a special big thank you to the animators, especially the animator Victoria, in her place , involved us in games, dances, physical education. Victoria is cheerful and active, she dances extremely beautifully, she was our best positive ))) Victoria - you are great??????????? ? Good luck to you in life and in all your endeavors!! ! The sea is clean, good, fish - the only thing that comforted, unlike the hotel...The hotel must change its attitude towards tourists, not only give preference to Arabs....Don't be stingy, don't save, take the experience of other hotels!! ! We don't want to go here anymore, I don't recommend it to my acquaintances and just strangers - don't spoil your rest and mood ((( The hotel does not correspond to 4 *
