The hotel is very old. The rooms are located in a chalet of 4 rooms and in a two-story building. Lots of greenery. The furniture in the rooms needs updating. Air conditioners are very bad. You can ask for clean linen, even if it has not been replaced after previous tourists. At the reception, the workers are different, there are arrogant and arrogant, there are friendly and conscientious. The general manager delves into the problems, they changed the room several times. The restaurant is small but the food is excellent. Lots of meat, grilled fish. The beach is wonderful, but it is used by two hotels, so there are not enough places. The beach bar is chargeable. For the All inclusive system, there is not even water on the beach. Water is supplied to the rooms during cleaning every day. Cleaning is "zealous", i. e. making the bed and smearing detergent on the floor. Hot water is always available. Wifi is paid, expensive. There is an ATM near the restaurant, but it does not work well. Near the hotel there is a branch of the bank responsible for this ATM, a pharmacy, shops. To the central promenade of Naama Bay 3-5 minutes. Plus the hotel for the beach, food and beautiful grounds. We did not particularly meet with animation, but there were evening shows. There are many Egyptians and tourists from Arab countries.
