Nothing was missing from the room, on the beach people calmly left phones, glasses, etc. on the sunbeds, no one tried to steal. But risking valuable things is still not worth it (just in case).
The staff is smiling, polite and not pushy. Almost everyone understands Russian, there were no language problems at all. For those few who do not know Russian, their main requests could easily be explained even in our broken English.

The motto of the staff: who is distracted from food, he takes it again. In total, 12 Mukhamedov, 8 Akhmedov work there, not counting the cleaners, I don’t know for sure about the Abdulovs. So many different stories happened to us in 10 days that words cannot describe, we are still laughing. The canteen is a complete mess!! ! For the unprivileged, it can and will do, but you need to be deaf and blind in order not to notice something. The dishes can be said - they don’t wash at all, so the comrades take vodka at the bar, on a napkin and wipe. You can take our native brown bread with you, since they don’t eat bread at all, apparently! The first 3 days we lived in a room overlooking the pool (No. 2124), the air conditioners were beautiful, but terribly noisy and mosquitoes were beeping, so they changed (No. 2111), but it didn’t get any better. Apparently all the rooms in this hotel are the same! Cleaned them often; at first (3 days, when they lived in the first room), the cleaner Abdul did it - he twisted flowers, an elephant and a cake for us. I got a tip and begged for a radio (I bought it for 80 rubles), after which I hugged and kissed for a long time and took a picture on my mobile phone. He has a wife, a 4 year old daughter and are still waiting. You can grab presents for him, he will be happy. So that. . . no one stole anything from us, did not wear things, did not drink wine from the throat. You can be calm about this.
