Half of the hotel rooms do not have hot water, in our “suite” the cell for reading the card to enter the room did not work, because of this, the door was knocked out three times, then we entered the room through the window, we were already tired of watching and sitting on 40 minutes as they take out the doors and nail them back, since the room is on the first floor, they entered through the window !! ! In luxury!!! ! Cleaning was 3 times in 10 days, linen was changed once! Towels may not be left at all, you need to run to the reception and ask for something to be brought and wait again... The bartender can send, ignore, say wait half an hour, he even rude the child in front of me.
The administration says everything will be fixed and nothing is done! The air conditioner doesn't work. Strangers walk around the hotel, without bracelets, not guests, some locals. We were from December 31 to January 10 and every day more and more dreamed of returning home from this horror. Half of the guests at the hotel went and also resented. If possible - choose another hotel, do not spoil your vacation.
