If you go to Sharm to spend precious days in a hotel, then Bay View is not the best option. "Vegetable" vacationers will miss the sea view, balcony, greenery on the territory, as well as the territory itself as such...
Cleaning - every day. Bed linen was changed about every 3-4 days. For some reason, they refused to take tips from us, but at the same time they did not forget to wind pretzels out of towels and sprinkle flower petals on the sink in the bathroom))) a trifle, but it’s nice for young ladies)) The guys never forgot to put something. Everything was always ok. Everything worked like clockwork: water, tank, TV, refrigerator...
The staff at the reception does not speak Russian (for some tourists, this causes a stupor).
A safe is a cell at the reception purely for money and documents. Provided free of charge.
Feeding is quite tolerable, enough until lunch ...

The hotel uses the services of the Wind Beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to it, waddling along Naama. Crowded. This beach is used by guests of several hotels. There are fish, but not as many as on the beaches of Hadaba, for example.
Threat in whatever hotel in Sharm would not stay, basically. I visit El Fanar beach. IMHO, the best beach in Sharm El Sheikh.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. The very heart of Sharm is Naama Bay. Coffee shops, a shopping center, discos, duty free, banks, retail shops are within a minute's reach...and with all the saturation of nightlife in Naama, Bay View is quiet and peaceful...

Threat hotel offers the cheapest (well, there is an option that Bay View comes at a price after Badaviya). IMHO, the price is much lower than the quality.

My next trip will most likely be again in Bay View.
I recommend this hotel for active travelers.
