Traveled as a family with a small child. Dreams Vacation Resort and Dreams Beach are two hotels on the same territory. And because of this, we often had some misunderstandings. We were not explained everything, there were problems with the settlement. Of course, they still settled for a bribe, but in such a terrible room. All these clarifications were very long, and since with a small child, I didn’t want to drag it out even more. The staff in the restaurants and bars are very nice. They were always interested in whether everything was fine, served, smiled and even played with the child. This was spectacular. But at the reception and in Dreams Beach - the staff is very bad. We once went to dinner at Dreams Beach with a 3 year old kid. We got food, no one said anything to us, they quietly let us through. And just sit down at the table and we are told that we have no right to dine here, and must go to our part of the hotel. We already scored, sat down to eat and they told us this - it was terribly ugly. Could you already give me something to eat, how is the food different from the food in our restaurant? ! Nothing in particular! We were not informed that this could not be done. But you can dine at the grill restaurant, even though it is located on the territory of Dreams Beach. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there in either a fish or some other restaurant, but it turns out that a table had to be booked on the 1st day of arrival. The food in our hotel was not very good. Little meat, and little food for children, our child did not eat much. There were practically no salads, only cereals and some meat. And the territory is very large and beautiful, very well-groomed. We went for walks all day long. But a little uncomfortable descent to the sea, a steep descent down the stairs. And the sea itself was cold, we swam a couple of times. The pool was only heated. But there was another huge one, for which we were told that if people came here, they would turn it on. I don’t know if this is true or not, but all the people were relaxing in the heated pool. The real plus of the hotel is the territory. Minus - the lack of information about hotels. If we were initially informed about everything, we would have liked the rest more. And so, I would not advise anyone else to go there.
