Hotel price=quality. We bought a tour for 840 USD. e. for 2 for 7 nights. The prices were even cheaper after.
In order:

Rooms: shabby, but with us in 4 buildings there was a renovation.
The heated pools advertised are heated and are located on the 2nd level.
