Came to this hotel for the second time. The first time was in Dreams Vocation. So I knew where I was going and what to expect. In Sharm rested for the fifth time and have something to compare. For those who are not satisfied with something, we can advise you to pay another 300-500 dollars and go to a hotel of a higher class (such as Sheraton, Hilton, etc. ). You can't fool money, money is an objective reality, how much you paid - that's what you got. But in this price range this is a great hotel. For example, less than a year ago I was in ElMercato for the same money - Dreams is a thousand percent better. But it does not reach the Sheraton...
The meeting and settlement went without problems. You just need to read the rules in advance and be tuned in to what is written in the rules and what you agreed to when buying a ticket. We arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning, according to the rules, check-in at 14. We walked, drank coffee, etc. We were settled at 11. Nothing was paid extra to anyone. The location of the room is above the roof.
After meeting and talking with the administrator (a Russian-speaking girl), we were offered to change the room to a better one, but we refused, because we were happy with everything, but didn’t want a lobby or pools opposite because of the noise. They brought us a gift from the hotel in the room - a fruit platter and offered breakfast on the day of departure (although we were not entitled to it). But in the Dream, for the first time, I at least ate them. They should go to the kitchen of some girl from Poltava...
Alcohol. It is inedible in all hotels. Egyptian cognac is about 20 degrees, tequila is about 10. I wonder how you can drink it, and how you can "get fat" at the same time.
Coffee. It is equally tasteless in all hotels for free and is normal everywhere if for money.
Room cleaning. Satisfied. Very high quality. The first couple of days did not leave money, everything was cleaned perfectly. Then they began to leave a van dollar as a thank you. Every day the bed was changed, the rug was knocked out, the shampoos were changed...
About poisoning. I've been to several hotels and never had any problems. You need to eat normally, without overeating, do not drink whiskey with beer, seize with wine... brush your teeth with bottled water, fruits taken out of the restaurant, do not wash under the tap in the room and so on, i. e. follow the rules based on the fact that the tap water is not potable. One and a half liter bottle of drinking water is brought to the room for free every day.
About the contingent. Most are from Ukraine. There were Kazakhs, rarely Belarusians, a few Czechs, Germans, there were Russians, a few Arabs. I did not notice any problems with the Arabs that were written about here.
