The hotel is old but well maintained! The room stock is also old, but everything is clean and in working order. We rested in January-February 2022, everything was very pleasant. The room was cleaned daily (although it was stated every two days), water, tea, coffee, etc. were replenished daily. Kinga beach (lake) is very clean and quiet, which is very pleasing. Beach towels are issued in exchange for a card and on any beach of the hotel.
The food is excellent, but only for Kings Lake and Prestige guests. The buffet in the restaurants of the network (for residents of other categories of the hotel) is very meager and monotonous from the word at all. And as always, the human factor is of great importance: We can say that our day was made by a waiter named Alla, who was always very polite, attentive and courteous with restaurant visitors.
The day before departure, the staff at the restaurant where we dined (Blue Lake) changed and it was impossible not to notice. The waiters had to wait and constantly ask to bring something (fork, knife, bread, hotel occupancy is about 30-40%), for some reason the portions also sharply decreased, instead of a whole sea bass fillet they began to bring exactly half, undercooked meat (although at the request it was replaced ).

Therefore, thanks to those people who do their job conscientiously! Several times visited evening shows on the main arena - very bright and colorful performances. There are several heated pools on site. The territory of the hotel is quite large, but after a while you realize that everything is very compact and well-located, and this greatly facilitates all movements around the territory, taf-tuffs go every 5 minutes. There are many different inhabitants in the sea, although the reef can be more colorful.
In general, I can say that our vacation was a success!
We will probably return to this hotel!
