Anna: "The hotel is not even fenced - so the bush grows, the whole territory is a roadway. ANYONE can enter and exit. "
The territory of the hotel is huge. Like in our Soviet of Deputies a quarter or a microdistrict. Shrubs are planted around the perimeter. Last year my wife and I arrived late from the Old Market, the taxi driver was stopped in front of our villa. We simply found a breeze in the bushes and forward (to avoid going around) We were immediately noticed by a security guard who appeared out of nowhere, but it was enough for him to show the keys to the room and he, with a smile, good, showed us where to go. So if Anna did not have enough barbed wire as a fence, nibed : )
2, Anna: He sees his duties only in the transfer and trying to “suck” tourists in as many excursions as possible

This happens not only with Anex. Everyone wants to "suck in" everything, more and more expensive. This is Egypt.
3, Anna: We tried to exchange the hotel. An option was offered - the hotel does not return the money for the room, but they can sell us another hotel.

Didn't you just try to talk at the reception about moving to another room? We overcame both last year and this year. In the past, we were offered on the first floor, but we wanted on the 2nd. I went to Stella (now no longer working) and simply asked. I tried to give money, I didn’t take it, and I was even offended. Settled in 207/80. Probably one of the best 2-seater in terms of pool views (photo later). This year I was with my son. They settled in a huge room, but without a balcony, and my wife and I smoke. I called Olga at the reception and explained the situation. After 15 minutes, a man came, showed another number (2-room with a balcony) (103/81), liked it. We moved things. And again, NOT A PENNY.
I won’t even comment on the “settlement for 2 hours”. Everything is very fast. The servants loaded things into an electric car (Golf car), we were there under the porch of the villa.
4, Anna: Room service is bad - linen is not changed at all, towels were sometimes taken away, however, they forgot to hang clean ones, or left one of the four ... (We always left Baksheesh). Water barely flows and not always, it is very difficult to wash. Many complained about the huge cockroaches.
Complete nonsense: the towels in the rooms are pure white (blue on the beach and by the pools). They change at will every day (+ naturally soap, shampoo, shower gel) They do it at least with $ 1, at least without the same (experimented). Any figures from towels do not twist. It's true. Well, THEY CAN'T. Water was always flowing both in the morning and at night (they came from Israel at 3.00) I did not see cockroaches. And they fight flies in general in a fun way: there is a fight with a thing that looks like a tennis racket and "catches" them.
As it turned out later, it was a special stun gun.

5, Anna: Staff. As I understand it, this is the worst version of the Egyptian service. The attendants consider it normal to pester Russian girls, even if the girl is with her husband.
It depends a lot on the girl. But in general the staff is very friendly, always joking as best they can. And with kids it's great. Many Arabs once asked the name of their son, then all week they greeted him only by name. Always joked with him as best they could. (They have no knowledge of Russian) This is perhaps the only negative for the staff. But speaking English is not a problem.
6, Anna: I observed the situation: 3 Russian girls left the room late for 15 minutes. Upon arrival, tourists sign an obligation to pay 50% of the room rate in case of late check-out. They asked for $60 - a fine. This is despite the fact that the room costs $ 50 in bitches  . So in everything.
The story ended with borrowing money from those who were leaving.
The first time we checked out 2 hours later and no one took anything from us.
7, I won’t dwell on food for a long time: a bunch of salads, pastries, all kinds of jellies, soufflé s. Meat dishes every day. By the way, 2 times a week on Monday and Thursday, they usually have a dinner with a program. Tables are taken out to the main pool (near the restaurant), first dinner (much wider choice than on ordinary days), and then the program on stage.
As for drinks, they are everywhere body and not edible (as for the bar). My son didn't even drink Coke! . But near the main entrance there is a supermarket where you can buy everything non-alcoholic, of very good quality and inexpensive (for example, fanta 0.5l-2.5 pounds. It's about 40 cents. ) As for alcohol, it's more difficult: beer in Naama Bay -10 pounds, in a restaurant near the main entrance -16.
But a taxi to Naama, to the Old Market - 10 pounds (although taxi drivers "charge" immediately from 20 to 30 pounds, but never paid more than 10 pounds)

8, Anna: Beach. The hotel does not have its own beach. A minibus (there is not always enough space for everyone) takes you to 2 beaches on a schedule, to which people come from several hotels, plus anyone can get there by paying money. The first - "Terazina" is a terrible dump and garbage dump, in the bay, not far from the port. The second is small, cramped, completely filled with sunbeds. In addition to towels, EVERYTHING on the beaches is paid and not very cheap, plan these expenses in advance.
Private beach in Naama Bay. Located between the beaches of the Hilton and Novotel hotels. Compared with the Hilton (400 meters long), of course it is small. BUT ENTRY INTO THE SEA FROM THE BEACH, and not from Pantone, but for children this is important. Regarding the high cost on the beach - eat (2 pizzas + juice - 68-75 pounds), beer on the beach - 25 pounds (walk 4 minutes along the Hilton beach and 10 pounds in the store)
Delivery. Last year there was one minibus. On the first day, my wife and I did not have enough space. Just then, a clerk came out, and Toyota Corollas were standing a little further away. I said something to the drivers, a Toyota drove up, we were loaded and quickly delivered. Do you think we were in a hurry to get to the minibus after that? : )
This year there are already two buses and there are no problems with delivery at all. By the way, it's a 5 minute walk to the beach.
I will not say anything about the beach in Terrasina. Was not. And why go there if you know that it is located near the port? (I live in a port city myself)
9, Anya: Contingent. Local Arabs (living on the territory), Arabs who came to "spend time", many Russians who bought 5 stars  , very few Europeans and Italians.
It was on these lines that I even doubted whether Anya was in this hotel? Regarding the Arabs, yes. Well, they live there. And about the Russians last year, there were very few in general (this one has more) Mostly British and Italians.

Again doubts. The hotel was built in 2007. The Arabs build very quickly. While resting last year, they built a fountain near the 81st villa (in a week). True, this year it is somehow abandoned.

A little more useful: the pound against the dollar has not changed much over the year: in the past it was 5.5; Merchants calculate the rate by 5. More banks have appeared. In Naama, price tags have already begun to appear on the goods (you know what to dance from). The Old Market has the same mess as last year: annoying sellers, barkers in their cafes, etc.
