Hello everybody!
I really wanted to write a good review about this hotel, but it probably won't work.
So:
After watching youtube videos about the recent renovation and the beautiful kitchen, we thought it was a good choice for the price.
Rested in July.
Room #2226 pool view
Of the pluses:
Upon arrival, we were met by the girl Anna, who was very friendly and worried about our comfort, for which I thank her very much.
Also, special thanks to the animators from the "crazy boom" group. If it weren't for their work, we would have shot ourselves on the first day. In reality, the hotel probably only survives thanks to them.
I was pleasantly surprised that there is good Wi-Fi even in the room. This is really +!
And now about the cons:
Regarding the rooms, DO NOT GO FOR RENOVATION!!!!
THE ROOMS ARE KILLED TO THE EDGE, THE PLUMBING IS LEAKING FROM EVERYWHERE. YOU WILL NOT GET CLEANLINESS FROM THE STAFF EVEN IF YOU PAY. WE PAYED FOR A NICE ROOM WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND GOT A ROOM WITH HAIR ON THE BED AND NAILS IN THE SINK AND HANDLES IN THE BATHROOM.
And when we asked for money to change the bed, they made us HALF the bed (that is, the bed was half naked, the mattress was HALF COVERED with a rag (torn duvet cover) with the smell of socks
But on top is a beautiful teddy bear made of towels, this is a +.
The food is the same all Sunday.
Sausages and cheese feel like they are made of sand.
The reef near the hotel is dead, there is a normal reef 600 m to the right.
One portion of ice cream is given per person once a day.
Juices are either diluted to the state of water or syrup that is impossible to drink (they did not learn to keep the correct proportions for sure)
It was a shock when a package of concentrate was opened with the teeth at the bar. and poured into the dispenser. They didn't take that reservoir anymore. There is sprite, bottled cola, they SAVED themselves..
A la carte restaurants are just the name, the same as in the general dining room, only a 20% difference in composition.
The food is the same all week.
Lots of drunk RACISTS in the evening!
The first vacation in which we were really looking forward to its end.
I hope that we are just unlucky.
The infrastructure is zero.
