I rested with my husband in early December. Already 4 times in Egypt and always at the same time, always 5 *, but in different hotels. Definitely, if you find fault and look for flaws, then "you can find spots on the Sun"! But in general, the hotel is good and the rest was a success. The transfer didn’t really work out, although it took 10 minutes to go, but for some reason we were waiting for someone (by the way, who didn’t appear) by the whole bus for more than 1 hour, but the hotel is not to blame at all! people 10. They hinted at "bakshish" for a good room, but we didn't "bought it. " with a safe -By the way, the RED button is on the inside of the safe, on the door). The food is always several options for fish and chicken. There was veal, lamb, duck, squid, crabs, potatoes, eggplant, pasta, fruits, ice cream, sweets..... it's a sin to complain! Yes, I would like vegetables to be cut in front of guests so that they do not drain, and their consumption would be less. We almost always ate on the veranda overlooking the sea. The main thing is to have time to take a seat. Good cappuccino in the lobby (although not all bartenders) It’s not always super clean on the veranda of the restaurant, but in Egypt they don’t really bother, although they tried here (there would be less bosses, but more junior staff would be better). And in the lobby it’s always they try to maintain cleanliness and order. We took food and fruit out of the restaurant and no one delayed (as we felt that a dry breakfast is complete nonsense) When you go somewhere, don’t worry about it, stock up yourself!
The pontoon is dinnovat, but you get used to it by 5 times. The sea is excellent, deep, the reef is worthy (according to my calculations, I saw about 70 species of fish) and I didn’t feel a strong current - put on flippers and swim “relaxed” !! ! The beach is sandy, sun loungers are comfortable, not like in Melia Sinay.
The attitude is definitely adequate to your attitude to the staff and to life in general! They were always welcoming and friendly with us. We definitely didn’t feel like people of a “different sort” as some write. The animation is unobtrusive. There is a large air-conditioned hall near the lobby, with professional light and sound, with a good DJ (he "mixed" tracks and repertoire perfectly well) - but almost no one went to the disco there (and no one called). To pay tribute to the DJ worked perfectly and with good mood for both two and 15 people - we didn’t see more there. And there could be noisy parties! A pity! You shouldn’t go to a paid beach party - there will also be a fire show in the hotel - we recommend watching it because of the lobby glass (out of harm's way)!

Of course there are disadvantages; the pontoon on the side of the beach, the bar on the beach is far from the pontoon, the toilet is far from the beach, a little disorganization and undertraining of the staff, but all these little things did not prevent us from having a great rest and getting a lot of positive! We wish you the same! We recommend this hotel!
