Went with my husband just in time for New Years. Most of all, they were afraid to go because of the news about the unrest in Cairo. But as it turned out, everything was in vain. Everything is calm on the shores of the Red Sea! And there is not even a hint of any disorder in the country.
I’ll sum it up right away: everything is beautiful and great! Now more.
The weather in December-January is windy, but warm. We were on the beach from 8 am to 4 pm. It is warmest from 11 to 14, then there is less wind. On the beach of the neighboring hotel Melia Sinai, the wind is less, we went there - since the territory is common. Water is about 22-24 degrees. The sea is gorgeous - transparent, diverse and magical. You can't enter from the beach, only from the pontoon. The depth at the pontoon ladder is immediately very large. But this is not scary - you still have to try to drown in the dense Red Sea.

They took "all inclusive", they did not regret it - tasty, varied and enough for everyone. They gave fish, meat, and squid. Fruits: melons, grapes, tangerines, oranges, grapefruits, guava, apples, fresh dates and persimmons. I don’t even write about side dishes... If it seems poor to someone - what do you eat at home?
On New Year's Eve, the restaurant was incredibly diverse, no less than a hundred dishes and everything was delicious and incredibly beautiful.
The room is clean, beautiful, sparkling white linen and towels. Tubes of cosmetics were added daily. Removed quality. The bed was changed as soon as a special piece of paper with an English text about the request to change the bed was placed on the bed - it lies on the bedside table.
The territory is large and blooming, walking is just a pleasure, even at night - every tree is illuminated, the cascade of pools sparkles with lights.
Service as for Egypt - good. If you do not regret baksheesh - everything is fine. We arrived in the morning at 10 - for baksheesh settled immediately and in a good room overlooking the sea. The beds were separate - for the baksheesh there was one big one. In the restaurant, the waiters try, but do not always have time to pour water and bring wine in time. The pool runs out of towels during the day, so you need to change them in the morning. And everything else is great!
Most vacationers are Italians (60%), other Europeans (20%) and the rest are our lads (Russians, Ukrainians, Georgians, Armenians, there were even Kazakhs and Estonians)
We will definitely come again!
