We were in this hotel last year, everything was much better and cleaner. The hotel staff was very relaxed. I won’t talk about the settlement, everything is as usual here. For 20 extra bucks they got rooms with a sea view. We settled on schedule, although we arrived early in the morning, we were ready - we took swimming trunks with us.
The rooms are cleaned badly, tips do not save. It stinks from the ventilation - it is treated by airing. The furniture is tired, the beds are hard, the pillows are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is shabby, the drain is clogged with sand. The bed linen is torn, the towels from time to time stink of mustiness or frenzied freshness, do they not rinse at all?
The territory is polluted, the sunbeds are stretched, the towels are torn. Broken glass lay on the stairs leading to the sea for a week! And a broken beer bottle, on the side of the path, met and escorted us home))

The beach was not pleased with sterility last year either, but this year no one simply cleaned it! There are no ashtrays, all the bulls are in the sand under their feet. There are straws from drinks, glasses (it’s good even here they are plastic) and everything that a tourist is rich in - cigarette packs, plasters, cotton swabs and so on.
Food is edible. They just don't know how to cook or don't want to. French fries are almost always half-baked, everything that is not fried on the grill, but burns and charred. Sausages, sausages are made from papyrus. Crabs - empty, fried on fire - everything evaporates. The squids are rubbery, the octopuses are filled with some sort of sauce that spoils the whole taste. The fruits are half-green, as if raped - crushed, and served irregularly, so that the people have to hunt for grapes and bananas. There is permanent dirt in the dining room, despite the fact that they are constantly cleaned. You should have seen how they clean
The waiters are rude, serve as you like and of course the Arabs in the first place.
A la carte is not worth trying, you will get the same as in the common dining room.
Most depressing are the impudent, shameless and ubiquitous Arabs. You can meet them at 3am playing Arabic hide-and-seek under your windows or at 5am playing water polo in the pool nearby. None of them bother about nature, cleanliness, or personal hygiene. Women swimming in the pool in years of unwashed hijabs are a common sight. In addition to hair in the pool, you can find everything from vegetation to feces.
The animation is dull, there is no musical accompaniment during the day. Evening programs at the level of the village house of culture.
Shopping in the area is possible but not recommended. Goods of very low quality. All. Even in the so-called "brand" stores. Souvenirs, on the contrary, are the same everywhere in terms of quality and price. Bargain!

Sea. No, SEA!! ! If not for it, then it would be time to demolish the hotel)) This is the only thing that is worth the trip and covers all the negative points. This hotel has one of the most beautiful reefs of Sharm. Neither the Baron nor Savoy were lying around. It is best to study the reef from the pantone of neighboring Melia Sinai: on the left is the reef of Ras Nasrani, on the right is the reef of Ras Bob. If you are a good swimmer, take a walk on the water along the reef from Pantone Melia Sharm to Pantone Melia Sinai - you won't regret it, I guarantee it! This is where everyone stops! yacht tours in Sharm.
Only a reef in the Ras Mohamed reserve can compete.
But there is also a minus - tourists! both ours and the Arabs destroy the reef despite all the prohibitions. Over the year, the reef has become noticeably poorer and worse. The Arabs fish until they are driven away. Ours climb corals, trample hedgehogs. Both of them react equally aggressively and evilly to remarks: we rest, and after us even a flood! Very unpleasant.
Well, like everything. We went to get diving certificates. Therefore, almost all the time they were busy and simply did not pay attention to the above points. The sea was calm. If anyone is going to become a diver, I advise the dive center of nearby Melia Sinai. The staff is excellent, good instructors, new equipment, a swimming pool for studying and a short panton to the sea (this is not unimportant when you pull 30 kg on yourself : ) ) In Melia Sharm, it is three times longer.
We decided for ourselves that we would not go to Egypt again. Unless in a dive safari on a spacious yacht.
